This is an exceptional culinary adventure where participants will learn to craft a distinctive Jiro-style ramen from the ground up. The session includes preparing the broth, toppings, and crafting fresh noodles.

The highlight will be assembling and cooking your own ramen. Participants will discover the unique secret to making delectable ramen independently and will receive the recipe to recreate it at home.

Learn how to craft Jiro Style Ramen from the ground up!

In this session, participants will create noodles from flour, prepare a flavorful garlic-infused broth, and cook chashu pork. This will enable them to recreate the entire dish at home.

Jiro Style Ramen is extremely popular in Japan. The noodles are thick, the broth is rich with garlic, and it is topped with generous slices of chashu pork and a variety of vegetables.
