The experience begins with a visit to a local supermarket to explore the ingredients used in gyoza and understand how Japanese ingredients are incorporated into daily cooking.
Next, the class will proceed to the modern and stylish Patia Kitchen studios, conveniently situated in central Tokyo, to create gyoza from scratch. These spacious, fully equipped kitchens offer a comfortable and inviting environment.
