Saigon – Mekong Delta Day Trip
Ben Tre Province - After a 2-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City, arrive in Ben Tre Province, located in the heart of the Mekong Delta. Begin your journey by boarding a boat to visit a local factory, where you’ll witness traditional methods of producing activated charcoal from coconut shells.
Crossing the Mekong River via the Cửa Đại and Cửa Tiểu estuaries, reach Tam Hiệp Island. Stroll along peaceful village paths through lush longan orchards, and visit a local family to enjoy fresh tropical fruits and honey tea.
Next, hop on a rowing boat to explore tranquil canals, immersing yourself in the calm of the countryside. Then take a leisurely bike ride to a herbal farm, where Lá Sâm (Herbal Creepers) are grown. Pick the leaves and learn to make and taste a special herbal jelly.
Return by bike to the boat and head to Út Trinh Homestay, where a delicious lunch of local specialties awaits. After lunch, relax in a hammock before cruising back to the ferry station.

Continue your journey by Climbing Train for a scenic ride through the hills.
At Ba Na Hills, visit Le Jardin D’Amour, home to 9 stunning gardens, and the impressive Ling Ung Pagoda. Don’t miss the famous Golden Bridge, held up by colossal hands, offering breathtaking views.
Continue to explore the French Village, a charming replica of a French town with elegant architecture. Visit the Linh Chua Linh Tu Temple, the peak of Chua Mountain, and stop by the Tru Vu Tea Shop for a taste of local flavor.
