It was a wonderful experience and a great way to see the bottom of the canyon without having to walk it. We did that several years ago but unfortunately cannot walk that much these days. Our wagon companions we're very enjoyable. Had a wonderful time. And learned a lot about the history of the canyon. We'll do it again sometime.
My wife I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. It was a peaceful and comfortable ride through a beautiful area of Pa. We we definitely recommend this this to our friends and family and also will come back for the waterfalls ride and a spring ride. Job well done.
Both gentleman were very informative and made the ride fun and educational and entertaining!!! The covered wagon was comfortable.
guide answered all questions, and was very informative about the canyon.
Blankets were provided. And, Prescilla gave enough information without yammering at us the entire ride.
Entertaining & informative. At times though a little hard to hear. Parking lot extremely muddy. Some gravel would have helped.
Very interesting tour but somewhat over priced. Seats should be in center back to back. The current arrangement makes it difficult to see. A stiff neck results from the setup.
The workers was so friendly and accommodating and made our trip enjoyable.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and added humor to the ride. He made the experience very enjoyable and the views were beautiful. The horses were very impressive. The sitting area with picnic tables, drinks, apples and other items for purchase was very welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful time!
This was a very pleasant ride along the forested road in the canyon. The guide was knowledgeable about the terrain, history, and wildlife while involving riders in his dialogue. Worth the journey
We enjoyed the ride, but expected more waterfalls, and places to get out to take pics along the way. Trees weren't as colorful as we had hoped for, but I know you don't control Mother Nature. Your directions made it easy to find. It was relaxing. Emmy was our guide and she did a lovely job and was knowledgeable.
Loved it. Our guide and driver were very entertaining. They fall foliage was beautiful. Would recommend it to anyone.
Although we had a nice time, it wasn't exactly what I was expecting. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend the experience.
Awesome folks that put this tour together Would recommend to other family members

Everything was first class and much appreciated. Thanks.
While the covers on the wagon are great for weather, I would have liked to look up the canyon to appreciate how far down I was. You somewhat lose that perspective while riding straight. Otherwise, the ride and the narrators were great.
The guide was very knowledgeable, and friendly. Also the ride was comfortable and we didn't feel as though we were being rushed through.
It would be helpful if the sides of the wagons were a bit lower so you could see more while seated. The seats were very comfortable!
The microphone kept cutting out
Your staff very friendly. Thought it was a little too long. It was hard to view the canyon sitting backwards. However..if easier for the horses that's ok.. Also..hard to hear guide ..needs to be more clear. Ppl in back could not hear. Thanks..beautiful up in your country.
I thought there would be some stops along the ride at important points. We only got out of the covered wagon wants to turn around and I thought we would have made other stops so people could take pictures thanks we did enjoy the experience of being in the PA Grand Canyon
Your advertisement led us to believe we would stop somewhere along the path for pictures at a waterfall. Also, seeing the canyon is limited from the inside of the wagon (because of the top tarp).
There need to be explicit directions to your location. Also the bathroom facilities should be updated to comply with the Park's.
The view of the camyon itself was very limited. Maybe you could stop at the best viewpoints and allow a short time of walking or taking pictures. We enjoyed the facts provided and just the overall experience of seeing the horses and riding on the wagon, but it was not a very in-depth tour of the canyon in terms of sight-seeing.
the microphone wasn't working right couldn't hear everything that the tour guide was saying ..we sat at the back of the wagon..when the music is turned off you need to make sure the microphone is on other than that enjoyed our day
Beautiful ride. Very comfortable. Relaxing and educational
