If your ticket is not included, the entrance fee is 150 quetzales for foreigners and 25 quetzales for nationals with a DPI. All payments must be made in cash and in quetzales.
Bring plenty of energy to climb the accessible structures. Explore the site on foot. Weather conditions will influence the opportunity to observe birds and animals. Climb Tikal’s tallest temple, standing at 70 meters, for the best view.

- 10:00 am: Begin the tour, covering 75% of the site. Highlights include the Tikal Model, Ceiba National Tree of Guatemala, Complex Q, Complex R, Calzada Maler, Temple 4 (the tallest), Mundo Perdido, Plaza de los 7 Temples, Central Acropolis, Northern Acropolis, Temples I, II, III, IV, and V, and the Plaza Mayor of Tikal. Participants will have the opportunity to climb permitted structures and take photographs.
- 02:00 pm: Lunch within Tikal park.
- 03:00 pm: Departure from Tikal.
- 04:20 pm: Arrival at Flores Island or Airport.
