DLM Morocco - Upon arrival at Casablanca airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel for a brief rest. Depending on your arrival time, we will begin exploring Morocco’s economic capital, including the central market, the Habous district, the Royal Palace, Mohammed V Square, the residential area of Anfa, and the exterior of the Hassan II Mosque. Afterwards, you will be transferred to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Casablanca – Rabat – Rif Mountains – Chefchaouen

Chefchaouen Medina - After enjoying breakfast at your Riad or Hotel around 8 AM, we will explore Rabat’s most fascinating sites before heading to Chefchaouen, the “blue city.” This charming town, located in the Rif Mountains just south of the Mediterranean coastline in northwest Morocco, is a popular tourist destination known for its traditional architecture. Stroll through the medina’s white and blue-washed walls and explore markets offering unique local handicrafts. Chefchaouen is a photographer’s paradise with stunning views of the Rif Mountains. After exploring the city, you will be dropped off at the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Chefchaouen.

Chefchaouen - Volubilis - Meknes - Fes

شاف hamza boudda - Depart towards the Roman city of Volubilis, located 166 KM away, a 2-hour journey. Situated at the foot of Jebel Zerhoun, this site was inhabited during the Neolithic period and later occupied by the Carthaginians and Romans. Within this historical site, you will see the House of Orpheus, Decumanus Maximus, Triumphal Arch, House of Dionysus, and the ‘Four Seasons,’ among others. After visiting the Roman city, you will proceed to Meknes and around 4:00 PM, continue to Fes. Overnight stay in a Riad in the old medina of Fes, with dinner and overnight at the Riad.

Medina of Fez - Experience the heritage of humanity with a full-day guided tour of Fes, the oldest of the imperial cities, founded in 808 as the first political, religious, and cultural capital. Begin the visit with the Golden Doors of the Royal Palace. From a high vantage point, observe the wall enclosing the impressive and ancient medina. Explore on foot, discovering mosques, madrassas, and religious sites until reaching the tanners’ district. Enjoy free time for lunch – not included – and continue to the artisans’ neighborhood. Artisans brought their skills from Spain, preserving Andalusian art and style, earning Fes the title of the city of artisans. Dinner and overnight at Riad.

Fes - Ifrane - Midelt - Erfoud - Merzouga Dunes (Erg Chebbi)

Merzouga Desert - Your driver will pick you up from your Fes Riad/Hotel at 8:00 a.m. for a journey to Merzouga, home to the Erg Chebbi sand dunes. This 8-hour trip crosses the Atlas Mountains to reach southern Morocco’s largest oasis, Tafilalet, comprising numerous villages, palm groves, and two main Saharan towns, Erfoud and Rissani. Along the way, stop at the alpine town of Ifrane, Azrou cedar forest with monkeys, Midelt for lunch, and Ziz Valley for panoramic views over palm trees and the green valley in the Sahara. Continue to the Erg Chebbi sand dunes, venturing deeper into the desert landscape until the dunes appear. Overnight Camel Trek in a Berber tented camp.

Erg Chebbi - Todra Gorges - Ouarzazate

Musee Theatre Memoire de Ouarzazate - After breakfast, embark on a camel trek back to the hotel at the dune line for a quick shower. Travel to Ouarzazate via the Todra Gorges (300m high canyons) where you can enjoy a peaceful hike and lunch at a local restaurant. Continue along the road of 1000 Kasbahs, lined with enormous kasbahs on both sides. Some of these old fortified houses are restored, while others remain in ruins. Pass through Dades Valley and the city of roses before reaching the Skoura palmery, home to numerous Kasbahs like “Amrhidil,” surrounded by gardens and palm trees. Overnight in Skoura or drive 25 minutes further to Ouarzazate for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Ouarzazate - Ait Benhaddou - High Atlas - Marrakech

Morocco Marrakech - After breakfast, visit the cinema sets and studios in Ouarzazate, known as the Hollywood of Africa. Then, explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, used as a backdrop for over 20 films, including “Gladiator,” “Indiana Jones,” and “Lawrence of Arabia.” Enjoy a walk to admire the traditional Moroccan architecture of the Kasbahs. Continue to Marrakesh through the High Atlas Mountains and Tizi n’Tichka pass, with a lunch break in the Atlas Mountains. Drop off at your Marrakech Riad/Hotel.
