We got lost on way there and they were willing to.wait for us. We were only 2 minutes late. Also 1 person in our party had difficukty and they were patient and assisted them safely. Very nice leader, Mixo.
great guide, nice easy learning trip
Sarah was a great guide. She knew the river well and explained how to negotiate it so it was easy for us to follow along with her. We would definitely do this again!
Good communication with us. We had a morning trip planned &woke up to rain. Informational text was sent to us about weather conditions &that trip was still on. They also sent other communications that we helpful. Our guide &everyone involved were very friendly and helpful.
Our entire experience from beginning to end was easy and relaxed. Our guide, Karla, was fun and displayed an obvious love and appreciation of Texas rivers. Our family of four had a great time! 10/10, would go again!
Fantastic guided 3 mile trip! Our guide was very friendly and pointed out much of the wild life along the river. She made everyone feel comfortable and it was a great way to spend an afternoon. You can't go wrong with booking a trip with Mission Kayak!
One of the coolest experiences I've had in San Antonio to date, guide was super nice and the San Antonio river was so beautiful to see from a kayakers perspective. The river had so much wildlife, calmness, scenery, and excitement in a perfect mixture for a wonderful experience and a fantastic day to look back on. Definitely going again with friends!
The guides were on time and knowledgeable. The chutes were fun! It was great to take the tour with such a small group (only 3 of us in total).
Everyone was on time, friendly, and very helpful. Our guide was great
Loved the kayaking experience! Only slightly disappointed in the fact that we didn't actually see any mission on our tour.....I had the impression that there would be sightseeing along the river and that our guide would have more "tour guide" facts about the park (although she did give us some neat wildlife facts). But as far as the actual kayaking goes, it was fantastic and well worth every penny!
Our guide, Sara, was terrific. This was our first time kayaking (myself, husband and 13 year old son) and she was extremely helpful and patient with our son who needed a little assistance with the chutes.
This trip was so much fun. Our guide was wonderful. She shared her knowledge of the many birds that we encountered on the trip. She was very personable and made sure everyone was having a good time. I would definitely recommend this kayak trip to anyone looking for something to do.
It was my wife and I with a guide and we'd never kayaked before so the feeling of attention lead to enjoyment that was definitely there. Her instructions were very helpful and precise feeling comfortable knowing she'd done it quite a few times. The atmosphere was just our speed. It is something we plan to do again. Thanks.
SARAH! Awesome lady...Smart and experienced ...able to bring out the best in the most beginner of kayaker wannabees... But also compassionate and caring for youngsters and their abilities.... and totally prepared to be aware of and avoid the possible dangers of Mother Nature... The best of the best!
