Good knowledge of the birds. Easy to hear. Rotated positions on boat
This is the third cruise we've taken, and this time we were surrounded by "veteran" cruisers as well as birders and CMBO members. Everyone was kind about helping locate birds for those who had trouble seeing them. Captain Bob is amazing at finding birds and at getting his boat into small creeks and up close for small birds. Naturalist Vince is a walking encyclopedia of most of nature, and we always learn new things from his remarks. We'll be taking at least one cruise a year as long as they're offered.
