Excellent service. Excellent equipment. Fantastic morning. - We booked this experience at the last minute and was impressed from the very first moment. Before the day, the communication about the experience was clear. The safety briefing on the day was great. The equipment we used was excellent. And the guides were fantastic. The two snorkelling locations we visited were fabulous with excellent views of excellent coral and fish. The short stop at the island was fun too! Definitely would recommend and do this again if we ever return to Phu Quoc!

Fantastic snorkelling trip with Onbird team! 👍 - Big thanks to the fantastic Onbird team: John, Tony, Eddie(Edward) and Jason! They were so professional yet friendly and funny all the way from the beginning to the end.
July is the rainy season for Phu Quoc and the sea condition could change constantly. Our original trip date had to rescheduled twice due to the weather however it was all for our own safety in the sea so I was more relieved how Onbird team checked and monitored the conditions thoroughly for us. Communication between the head office was brilliant. They were super informative and helpful!
On the day, we were picked up from our hotel lobby with a big smile and went to the beach for our speed boat ride. Their equipment was all in great condition and John’s safety briefing in the shallow water before the actual deep sea snorkelling was so professional and they made sure that we all knew what to do in the deep sea and we familiarised the equipment and movement.
Then two different spots to do snorkelling. Once again they were all very careful with our safety in and out the boat and also during the snorkelling in the sea. Between our small group of 9, including my family of 5, there were 4 pro guides, John, Tony, Edward and Jason. So we were really in good hands. They stayed really closely and made sure we were all ok and guide us to see the corals and sea creatures. In the deep sea, even we can all swim without aides, it could be quite overwhelming but thanks to the team, we felt really safe. 👍
At the last island, we were treated with a drink and delicious mangoes. It was a quiet yet beautiful beach, a bit different from the hotel beach. We had a great rest there and heading back to the hotel.
We have 20 year old son, 18 year old daughter and 13 year old son and they all had a great time, of course so did my husband and I! We strongly recommend the Onbird tour in Phu Quoc and when we come back in any time, we will look forward to seeing the mid fantastic team again. Thanks a lot for the amazing day!

An excellent snorkeling trip - Very well organized trip. Transferred from our hotel. Colin and his team were friendly, experienced and welcoming. We had a small group so it was not crowded at all. They cater for all swimming levels. There was a detailed safety talk and reinforcing of the importance of reef care for sustainable practice. I would highly recommend you do this if visiting Phu Quoc

Coral Snorkeling - Excellent trip, smaller group size is perfect.
The coral scenery was amazing to see, rare to see so much quality coral and fish.
Rain or shine they will take you to the best spot.
Highlight of my trip to Phu Quoc.

The best sustainable snorkeling guide EVER - This is the 2nd time I join a snorkeling tour by OnBird, and I'm still impressed by how meticulous everyone (from the backend CS staff to the frontline guides) from their team is. You can feel it throughout the process of booking, discussions and consultaton for preparation, on-site during the trip, and afterwards CS. But the main reason for returning for a 2nd time is that we really appreciate their sustainable approach to soft adventures, please do keep it going! And they always manage to bring us to spots that have the most beautiful and serene sceneries.
The trip was simply amzing and the croal reefs we saw were beyond expectation. Thanks Minti(not sure about the spelling🥲) for lending his swim shirt to our nephew, and thanks David for calling me back when I started to swim away from the group😂He's always the first who spotted me swimming the wrong direction. It's really safe to go snorkeling with them because they always look after us.
It's also great that Minti gave us brief intro on the marine life and how to help protect them as a tourist.
It's thoughtful of them to arrange phototaking time under the sea, but it could be shorter so that we could focus more on the corals. I understand some tourist might prefer more phototaking, maybe it's good idea to ask their preference beforehand.

Thumbs Up to Onbird - Very professional snorkeling guides! They gave Very clear instructions and guidance about using the equipment as well as the marine environment. The corals and the sea lives are really beautiful! They gave special attention to the young kids as well, allowing the adults to be able to enjoy the snorkeling.

Nice tour - It was overall perfect. The most memorable were the anemone with the fish living in them. Also I've never seen this many corals.
Besides the snorkeling itself, I want to mention that the communication upfront via whatsapp and all the instructions during the tour were so clear, that made life so easy for us!

Very first snorkeling experience done right - Really a fantastic experience. My wife and I booked for snorkeling. This was our first snorkeling experience and Onbird team did a great job, from arrangements, pick up & drop from hotel, English speaking guides, everything was well planned and good. We went deep water via a speed boat and then we stopped at two spots for snorkeling, 40mins each spot. We saw corals, fishes in clear water. And then we went to an island to fawn up and have drinks. We were dropped to our hotel after the activity.
