Halong Bay - Around 08:00 – 08:20, a professional tour guide and driver will pick up guests from their hotel (in the Old Quarter area) for a 3-hour journey through the Red River Delta to Ha Long City, with a short break along the way.

• 11:45 – 12:00 Arrival at the wharf on Tuan Chau Island.

• 13:00 The Vega crew warmly welcomes guests aboard the boat with a refreshing tropical drink under the sun in a pleasant atmosphere before room check-in.

Halong Bay - Arrive in Lan Ha Bay, a world biosphere reserve area, for kayaking and swimming.

• On each 2-seat kayak, the tour guide will lead guests through the narrow lanes of the karst mountains to fishing villages.

• Paddle under a tunnel grotto to a stunning lagoon (depending on the tide). Here, guests can swim in the emerald waters or relax on secluded beaches.

• Enjoy the sunset over the crystal bay, happy hour drinks, a cooking class, dinner, and an overnight stay on the lovely peaceful bay.

Day 02: Trekking through the National Park of Cat Ba – Overnight on the Vega Luxury Cruise

Cat Ba National Park - 07:00 Guests can walk to the sun deck to experience a spectacular sunrise before enjoying a buffet breakfast.

• 09:00 Tender boat to Cat Ba Island, taking 40 minutes through Lan Ha Bay, passing by floating fishing villages of Cat Ba Island, then a car drive up to the center of the park for trekking.

• A moderate trek into the park up to Ngu Lam Peak (the trek up and down takes 2.5-3 hours depending). At the summit, guests will enjoy a universal view of Cat Ba Island – Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long Bay. Triple scenes in one photo shot! It’s amazing.

• Trek down to visit Trung Trang Cave and Hospital Cave, enjoy lunch in a local restaurant at 13:30.

• Walk on the cliff path for spectacular landscapes from Cat Co 1 Beach to Cat Co 3 Beach.

• Dip to swim on Cat Co 3 Beach for relaxing moments, afterward, return to the cruise, where guests can enjoy more kayaking or swimming.

• Dinner on the boat deck, night fishing is available, enjoy the second peaceful, lovely night on the bay.

Day 03: Lan Ha Bay – Ha Long Bay - Hanoi

Lan Ha Bay - Enjoy breakfast with the dawn rising from the bay (Breakfast time: 6:30 am).

• 07:00 Tender boat to Cat Ba Island, Viet Hai dock for a bicycle trip to Viet Hai Village.

• Ride a bike for 30 minutes on shaded paths, enjoying the landscape on the way to the village located in a beautiful valley of the National Park of Cat Ba.

• Visit a local house to learn about the local people and their daily life or visit the island school.

• Afterward, cycle back and take the tender to return to the cruise.

• Relax on board, swim in the bay, or enjoy nature on the large sundeck chairs.

• 10:30 Check out and start cruising on another route through thousands of limestone islands and islets, capturing precious unique pictures while enjoying a buffet lunch.

• 12:00 Arrive back at Ha Long dock, 12:10 disembark, say goodbye to Ha Long Bay and drive back to Hanoi.
