We had an absolutely amazing experience on the Ha Long Bay cruise - Everything was exceptional, from the quality of the food to the room service. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of, and the overall level of service was top-notch. The ship itself is very impressive beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly designed for a relaxing getaway. It really has everything you need for a perfect vacation. A special moment for us was celebrating my friend’s birthday on board. The team went above and beyond by organizing a cake and flowers, which made the day feel extra special and memorable. We would especially like to thank our waiter, Tu. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about our comfort. He made sure everything was perfect for us at all times, and his warm attitude really stood out. We only stayed for one night, but honestly, we wish we had booked for longer time. It’s one of those experiences you don’t want to end. Highly recommend!

Excellent Experience! - We took the 2 day, 1 night cruise. The ship was beautiful and very well maintained. The crew was friendly and helpful. Our cabin was very spacious and well appointed. The excursions were enjoyable and fun. The meals were very good as well. Our waitress in the dining room, Anita, was outstanding. All good!

Get you to feel like a VIP customer thanks to their closeness and positive energy. We have never met someone so effective, friendly and friendly managing a large group of people. Our biggest applause for him! From the very first moment everything works with absolute precision. The hotel limousine pick-up is on time, the transfer to Halong pier is perfect and once there, you completely take care of your luggage: it appears directly in your room. While you wait in the lounge, Jerry already hands you the keys, and boarding takes place exactly at the scheduled time. From that moment on, a perfectly organized 24-hour program begins, which is enjoyed smoothly and relaxed: excursions (must-see Hang Sung Sot cave), meals and moments of rest in total harmony. In terms of gastronomy, it is another great strength. The variety is excellent, combining Western and Vietnamese cuisine with great quality and abundance. It alternates between buffet at lunch, à la carte menu at dinner and buffet at brunch, all accompanied by impeccable service. We want to highlight Mira especially for her attention and dedication (her photos will be an unforgettable memory), and Alice for her sympathy. A separate mention deserves massages. My wife, who has extensive experience in these types of treatments around the world, says that Hoa’s massage has probably been the best she has ever received, by far. The Varanda room surpasses even many five-star hotels: spacious (40 m2), perfectly distributed and, above all, with a private terrace ideal to enjoy the views with total tranquility. The whole experience is full of small details (fresh wipes, water, constant attention...) that make a difference and raise the level of the trip. In short, an absolutely recommendable experience. Cruising Ha Long Bay in Style, Comfort and Peace - What an incredible and luxurious way to experience the beauty of Ha Long Bay. The Grand Pioneers II cruise ship is absolutely stunning, from the lounge area and pool to the dining room and guest cabins. Although we were initially disappointed that the balcony rooms were sold out, we ended up being very happy with our room. The large windows provided clear views of the bay, and without a balcony the room actually had more usable floor space. It was also larger than any hotel room we stayed in during our time in Vietnam, and very well equipped. The food was excellent, with great variety at the buffet and a very enjoyable fixed dinner menu. The excursions were well organized and fun, giving us a great opportunity to experience the beauty of Ha Long Bay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the cruise. The ship itself is also impressively equipped, with a movie theatre, kids’ playroom, karaoke rooms, and a fitness center. One thing we especially appreciated was that the ship anchored away from the louder party boats at night, allowing everyone to enjoy a peaceful and quiet night’s rest while still surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the bay. While the 2-day, 1-night cruise fit perfectly into our Vietnam itinerary, we would definitely love to return and try the 3-day, 2-night cruise on our next visit.

Just book it - Absolutely incredible. Speechless from start to finish. The service, the crew, the decor of the ship, the activities, the food all 10/10. Had the best night sleep and so much fun on the excursions. The staff are so friendly and knowledgable and helpful along all steps of the way. Impressed with the variety of food and quality. Honestly just want to book again, highly highly recommend !!!!

Cruise Halong - Incredibly beautiful cruise experience on the luxurious Grand Pioneer. Ocean suite with balcony very nice. We had Rosie who served us at all meals and who helped with everything.

Nice boat but itinerary - Just don't feel right being in this cruise. Everything packed in and not much time to relax. Further more the cruise is clean, well presented staff but overcrowded . The design seems not to fit in with scenery in the bay! The actual time on the cruise was not that much (About 3 hours) the rest was on shuttle+ constant activities. If you wanna have an unique experience. choose small boats!
