Just book it - Absolutely incredible. Speechless from start to finish. The service, the crew, the decor of the ship, the activities, the food all 10/10. Had the best night sleep and so much fun on the excursions. The staff are so friendly and knowledgable and helpful along all steps of the way. Impressed with the variety of food and quality. Honestly just want to book again, highly highly recommend !!!!

Luxury on the Bay! - This is by far the best cruise experience that I ever had. And I did the 2 day but worth it to do the 3 day trip. The attention to detail and excellence in service is unparalleled! We took the Pioneer Cruise II boat. Room was extremely spacious and clean! Food was excellent. The boat manager Jerry was so kind and made sure we had what we needed. But special shout-out to our server Alex! He didn't want me or my wife to lift a finger. He took amazing care of us!

My experience on the Ha Long Bay Grand Pioneers cruise was exceptional. - My experience on the Ha Long Bay Grand Pioneers cruise was exceptional. The service was outstanding across the board, from the bell staff to management. The dining experience was excellent. They served a wonderful variety of food, and the steak, in particular, was phenomenal. Our accommodations were lovely; the room was spotless and featured a beautiful view. I must give a special commendation to Hong Pham, who was our server. She was incredible! Her attentive service and warm smile made us feel truly special and significantly enhanced our memories of the trip. Her English skills are excellent, and I observed her conversing fluently with other tables. Hong is personable and builds wonderful rapport with guests; she is undoubtedly a valuable asset to Grand Pioneers Cruise!

Incredible Grand Pioneer experience - Remarkable journey!! We had an incredible experience and wonderful 3D-2N journey with Grand Pioneer cruise family. Our host Jade made the trip incredible and super helpful in all aspect of our journey. The food and service was truly outstanding and our senior server Gucci made everything fantastic! Thanks to Grand Pioneer- we'll be back!!

excellent! good server NYI - The room condition is very good and the view is finished. And four meals were too delicious. And NYI was too friendly and the service was good!!!! Thanks to our NYI incentive. Best servers 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 1 night and 2 nights of fun.
