10:10 : Visit Stone Dog Islet and Incense Burner Islet, featured on the reverse side of the 200,000 VND Vietnamese currency note, followed by Fighting Cock Islet, a symbol of Halong tourism.
10:40 : Explore The Thumb Islet and Swan Islet.
11:15 : Discover Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), one of the largest caves in Halong Bay, spanning over 10,000 square meters.
12:15 : Enjoy a set menu lunch on the boat. (6 people per set)
13:00 : Explore Luon Cave by kayaking or bamboo boat to uncover the beauty of Halong Bay.

Halong bay tour - Beautiful views and a great experience. Our guide, Hung, seemed very knowledgeable. We enjoyed all the activities and lunch was delicious.

The best way to enjoy Halong Bay - A tour of Halong Bay, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. We saw the amazing rock formations from our cruise ship but nothing compares to being up close and learning the local names of the various inlets. Our guide Johnny met us at cruise terminal, and took us to the boat. Our group of 6 shared this experience with about 15 others. Johnny spoke good English, was from the area and had good knowledge of all sites visited. We went inside the large Sung Sot Cave and he guided us carefully all way through allowing lots of time for photos. We had lunch on the boat and then off to the speed boats which took us on a fast tour of many of the outcroppings - getting good and close. Then on to Bamboo boats or kayaks to explore one bay and finally to Ti Top Island with 400 steps up to little temple on top with a panoramic view of the bay. Or, you could stay and enjoy the beach. It was a very enjoyable day and we would recommend Johnny as your guide. Again, we would strongly recommend using Maximus Travel Vietnam as they communicate well, have excellent guides, and the prices are so much better than the cruise ship excursions.

Great value for money.... - Great value for money. The boat was spotlessly clean and the crew very friendly. The meal they provided was almost worth the ticket price alone. Our tour guide Vy was a delight very funny but extremely knowledgeable. A lovely lady who went the extra mile to ensure everyone was safe and enjoyed their day. An excellent value experience for the money paid and the same experience that the ship was offering for twice the price.

An amazing day in Halong Bay - This was such a lovely day cruising around Halong Bay - a definite highlight of our holiday. The prior meeting arrangements & on the day guide by Sonny were both very good. We had a delicious meal made on board, so much food that we couldn’t eat it all. Our group choose to do a combination of kayaking & small bamboo boat which were really enjoyable, despite the area being quite busy. We got off the trip in plenty time to return to our cruise ship - which was a prior concern. Our group of 4 would definitely recommend this trip. Thank you to all the crew & organisers.

Fantastic Excursion from start to finish - This was a faultless excursion and we loved every minute of it. Sonny was amazing and was very helpful in advising us about places and chatting to us. One of the best trips we’ve experienced - We were a party of 16 friends and family and were fortunate to have a boat to ourselves. We walked through caves, went on bamboo boats, climbed to the top of a spectacular look out point, swam on a beach, visited an oyster farm and had a great lunch onboard with portions so large we couldn’t finish it! The weather was kind to us too. But best of all was our tour guide David. We have been on many excursions before around the world and I have to say he was the best guide we have ever had. This trip represents great value for money and highly recommend it.

One word… awesome - What a day, thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish - our guide Vy (sticky rice 🤣👍🏻) was an absolute gem … consciencous, attentive, energetic, knowledgeable and simply couldn’t do enough for you … the trip to the cave, the bay itself, the Oyster farm (very interesting) the speedboat ride (£9 each extra) and the bamboo boat were all excellent, … and the lunch provided was beautiful

Wonderful experience - Made four stops oyster farm , cave, kayak/boat ride and beach , besides the scenic boat ride. Lunch was 9 platters of delicious food.. Got one beverage with meal, could purchase more at nominal prices.

Best trip - What a day....absolutely fantastic. Mr Hung was a delight. I cant fault anything. The caves were awesome, the food was great and accommodated my request for no sea food. The food just kept coming.
So glad we went early as by the time we left there were so many boats it spoiled the magnificent views

Very nice excursion. The... - Very nice excursion. The instructions were clear to meet our host. Johnny was very professional and spoke good English. The day went very well even if there were clouds that prevented us from seeing the whole bay. We would have liked to know in advance not to take bottles of water they want to preserve the bay. In addition, we had the opportunity to speed boat for an extra $15 US. It was definitely worth it.
