Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay

Old Quarter - Hotel pick-up and drop-off in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

Halong Bay - 12:00-12:30 Arrival and pick-up at Tuan Chau harbor. Enjoy a break and welcome drink at Alisa Cruise Lounge before boarding Alisa Cruise.

12:30 Welcome aboard Alisa Cruise. Enjoy a welcome drink while the cruise manager provides a brief introduction and safety guidelines. Check into your cabin and begin cruising to explore Halong Bay, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.

12:40-14:00 Savor a lunch featuring Vietnamese and international dishes while cruising through the stunning Halong Bay, admiring the captivating rock formations.

14:00 After lunch, continue exploring Halong Bay, passing by Cua Van Floating Village, Tien Ong Cave, Trong Cave, Ho-dong Tien Cave, and Luon Cave. Guests will also have the opportunity to see the beautiful Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock, Soi Sim Beach, and Coconut Three Island.

14:30 Arrive in Lan Ha Bay at Tung Sau Area, the most picturesque area in Halong Bay, known for its wild natural beauty.

15:00 Continue exploring Lan Ha Bay. Depending on the day and season, only one option will be available:

KAYAKING OR BAMBOO BOAT ROWING

15:10-16:00 Visit Luon Cave, a perfect blend of limestone mountains and jade-green sea, by bamboo boat with local guides. Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and fresh air. If lucky, you might spot monkeys on the islands.

After kayaking, choose between two options, as visiting both is not feasible due to time constraints and varying conditions (summer or winter):

OPTION 1: VISIT PEARL FARM VILLAGE

16:00 Visit Halong Pearl Farm Village. Travelers can explore the Floating Pearl Farm and learn how locals produce exquisite pearls. Established in 1995 by a Japanese organization, it was later transferred to Vietnamese management. The guide will show you around the farm and museum, explaining the pearl production process. You’ll see a floating raft where various oyster pearls are cultivated, such as South Sea pearl and Tahitian Black Pearl. Witness a worker opening an oyster to reveal a pearl, and view the showroom’s achievements.

OPTION 2: VISIT TITOP ISLAND FOR SWIMMING (Not in winter)

16:00 Visit the beautiful Ti Top Beach for swimming (weather permitting). Ti Top Beach is renowned for its fresh atmosphere, clean water, and smooth white sand, offering a perfect setting for relaxation. Alternatively, climb to the top of Ti Top Beach for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.

17:30 Return to Alisa Cruise and unwind at the Sunset Party with juices, cocktails, red wine, and fruits at Alisa Sky Bar.

Option: Massage service available. Please book directly with the Cruise Manager (see massage menu).

18:00-18:30 Participate in a cooking class led by the Alisa Cruise Chef on the sundeck. Learn to make Vietnamese spring rolls, a traditional dish. Enjoy Happy Hour (buy one drink, get one free). It’s a great time to chat and relax while watching the magnificent sunset over Halong Bay.

19:30 Dinner time, featuring special dishes at Alisa Restaurant.

21:00 Evening entertainment includes leisure time at the bar, watching movies and Vietnamese cultural films, relaxing with romantic music on Pelican Halong Cruise, playing cards or chess, reading magazines in the room or dining area. Try your luck at squid fishing from the boat.

23:00 End of Day One program.

Day 2: Halong Bay - Lan Ha Bay - Kayaking

Lan Ha Bay - 06:30 Early risers can enjoy a Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Tai Chi, also known as Tai Chi Chuan, combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow, gentle movements. Coffee, tea, and pastries are served for breakfast in the dining room, offering a morning view of the bay’s landscape.

07:00 Enjoy the morning view of the bay with a cup of tea or coffee and breakfast.

08:30-10:00 Transfer to Alisa Day Boat to explore Luon Cave, where you can enjoy kayaking or rowing bamboo boats with local guides or on your own.

10:30 Continue cruising past Stone Dog Island, another fascinating limestone formation in the bay.

11:30 Arrive at Cua Van Fishing Village for kayaking.

12:30 Return to the day boat for an excellent lunch.

13:30-14:30 Cruise to Ho Dong Tien area, continuing the bay exploration.

16:30 Return to Alisa Cruise and relax on the sundeck, enjoying the Sunset Party with juices, cocktails, red wine, and fruits.

19:30 Under the magnificent night sky, in the magical atmosphere of Halong Bay, enjoy a luxury set-menu dinner featuring a variety of Vietnamese and Asian dishes.

17:30 Return to Alisa Cruise and relax at the Sunset Party with juices, cocktails, red wine, and fruits at Alisa Sky Bar.

18:00-18:30 Join a cooking class led by the Alisa Cruise Chef. Practice making traditional Vietnamese dishes like spring rolls or other famous Vietnamese cuisine.

21:00 Evening activities include joining the crew for squid fishing on the boat. Enjoy the squid cooked with assistance from the chef. Relax with happy-hour drinks at the bar.

22:00 Overnight on Alisa Cruise near Surprising Cave, the quietest sleeping area permitted by Halong Governmental Authority.

Day 3: Halong Bay - Hanoi

Bai Tu Long Bay - 06:30 Early risers can enjoy a Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Tai Chi, also known as Tai Chi Chuan, combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow, gentle movements.

Coffee, tea, and pastries are served for a light breakfast in the dining room, offering a morning view of the bay’s landscape.

07:00 Enjoy the morning view of the bay with a cup of tea or coffee and breakfast.

08:00 Transfer by tender to Sung Sot Cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance. The cave visit takes approximately 45 minutes. Explore Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest caves in Halong Bay, featuring beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. Return to the boat by tender. Proper shoes are highly recommended.

09:40 Return to Alisa Cruise.

10:00 Check out and settle bills at reception. Enjoy brunch at Alisa Restaurant on the boat.

12:30 Return to Hanoi via a comfortable air-conditioned shuttle bus.

14:30 Stopover in Hai Duong province to visit a ceramics workshop.

16:00-16:30 Arrive in Hanoi, concluding your trip.
