Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay

Old Quarter - Hotel pick-up and drop-off in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

Halong Bay - 12:00-12:30 Arrival and pick-up at Tuan Chau harbor. Enjoy a break and welcome drink at Alisa Cruise Lounge before boarding Alisa Cruise.

12:30 Welcome aboard Alisa Cruise. Enjoy a welcome drink while the cruise manager provides a brief introduction and safety guidelines about Alisa Cruise. Check into your cabin and begin cruising to explore Halong Bay, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.

12:40-14:00 Savor a lunch featuring Vietnamese and international dishes while cruising through the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the captivating rock formations.

14:00 After lunch, continue exploring Halong Bay, passing by Cua Van Floating Village, Tien Ong Cave, Trong Cave, Ho-dong Tien Cave, and Luon Cave. Guests will also have the opportunity to see the beautiful Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock, Soi Sim Beach, and Coconut Tree Island.

14:30 Arrive in Lan Ha Bay at Tung Sau Area, the most stunning area in Halong Bay with its wild natural beauty.

15:00 Continue exploring Lan Ha Bay. Depending on the specific day and season, only one option will be chosen:

KAYAKING OR BAMBOO BOAT ROWING

15:10-16:00 Visit Luon Cave, a perfect blend of limestone mountains and jade-green sea, by bamboo boat with local people. Enjoy the tranquil space and fresh air for a truly relaxing experience. If lucky, you might spot monkeys on the islands.

After kayaking, choose between two options as both cannot be visited due to time constraints and depending on the specific date, weather conditions, and season (summer or winter):

OPTION 1: VISITING PEARL FARM VILLAGE

16:00 Visit Halong Pearl Farm Village. Travelers will have the chance to visit the Floating Pearl Farm and learn how locals produce exquisite pearls. Established in 1995 by a Japanese organization, it was later transferred to Vietnamese management. Our guide will show you around the farm and museum, explaining the process. You’ll pass a floating raft where various oyster pearls are grown and transplanted, such as South Sea pearl and Tahitian Black Pearl. You’ll also see a processing room where workers transplant oysters and learn about some precious pearl species. Finally, witness a worker opening a live oyster to reveal a pearl inside, and view their achievements in the showroom.

OPTION 2: VISITING TITOP ISLAND FOR SWIMMING (Not in winter)

16:00 Visit the beautiful Ti Top Beach for swimming (weather permitting). Ti Top Beach is renowned for its fresh atmosphere, clean water, and smooth white sand, creating a perfect ambiance for relaxation. Alternatively, passengers can climb to the top of Ti Top Beach for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.

17:30 Return to Alisa Cruise and unwind by enjoying a Sunset Party with juices, cocktails, red wine, and fruits at Alisa Sky Bar.

Option: Massage service available. Please book directly with the Cruise Manager (see massage menu).

18:00-18:30 Join a cooking class led by the Chef of Alisa Cruise on the sundeck. The Chef will guide you in making Vietnamese spring rolls, a traditional Vietnamese dish. Then, enjoy Happy Hour (buy one drink, get one free). It’s a great time to chat and relax while watching the magnificent sunset over Halong Bay.

19:30 Dinner time, enjoying special cuisine on the cruise at Alisa Restaurant.

21:00 Evening entertainment:

Evening activities include leisure time to chat around the bar, watch movies and various Vietnamese cultural films, relax, and enjoy a romantic night with Pelican Halong Cruise’s music. Play cards, chess, or read magazines in the room and dining room. You may also try your luck at squid fishing and fishing from the boat.

23:00 End of Day One program.

Day 2: Halong Bay - Hanoi

Sung Sot Cave - 6:30 Early risers can enjoy a Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Tai Chi, also known as Tai Chi Chuan, combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow, gentle movements.

Coffee, tea, and pastries for a light breakfast are served in the dining room with a morning view of the bay’s landscape.

07:00 Enjoy the morning view of the bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee and breakfast.

08:00 Transfer by tender to Sung Sot Cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance. It takes approximately 45 minutes to visit the cave. Explore Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest caves in Halong Bay, featuring beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. Return to the boat by tender. Proper shoes are highly recommended.

9:40 Return to Alisa Cruise.

10:00 Check out and settle bills at reception. Enjoy brunch at Alisa Restaurant on the boat.

12:30 Return to Hanoi by comfortable air-conditioned shuttle bus.

14:30 Stopover in Hai Duong province to visit a ceramics workshop.

16:00-16:30 Arrive in Hanoi, concluding your trip.
