Ms Kim - Crossing Vietnam is the best - I had a really great experience with Crossing Vietnam. From the very beginning, everything was handled in a very detailed and organized way. They prepared a day-wise travel plan that was extremely well thought out, clear, and easy to understand. Every place, activity, and timeline was planned perfectly. Although we finally could not go ahead with the trip due to some personal reasons, I still feel it’s important to write this review because the effort and quality of service they provided was exceptional. I personally dealt with Ms. Kim, and she was truly amazing. Her replies were always prompt, clear, kind, and very humble. She patiently answered all our questions, made changes whenever we requested, and always made us feel comfortable and confident about the plan. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. Honestly, I don’t think I have ever come across a travel agency that is so responsive, well-organized, and genuinely helpful. Even though the trip didn’t happen this time, the planning experience itself was top-class. I would highly recommend Crossing Vietnam to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam. And once I plan my personal travel again, I will definitely contact Ms. Kim directly without any second thought. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Cooking class by Ruby - I really recommend Ruby if you want to try cooking class , she’s really accommodating and nice. I love all what we cook now, so delicious specially if you love vegetables. If I come back to Vietnam I will try it again.

A wonder of Hanoi/Halong Bay. Wonderful Memories - I am so happy with Stella. She took care of everything from the start when I was still in AUSTRALIA. Chatting with her on whatsap. She took time to arrange the itinerary to what I wanted. Arranged the visa for my Australian friends and what a trip we all had.. From the day we arrived 10/6 - 14/6 all was arranged so well. Stella went out of her way when we wanted to have the cycle clone ride and a personal guide for our night shopping. All the guides whom she had arranged for us were great. Thank you Stella for everything. 👍😀

Great plans, amazing views - Harley is very kind, customer-oriented and enthusiastic about her job. She organised my trip very well and sent me a PDF plan with all the information I needed. She gave me a lot of tips about what to see, she was very caring and she also checked on me during the trip. She organised for me also the days in Ninh Binh and the transfer by train to Hue. Everything went well. Would 100% recommend

Wonderful Tour - Im Edgar from Mexico This Tour was excellent,the transportation, the food Everything was perfect! The staff was very nice Miss Trang the lady who sold me the tour was very nice, and she give me confidence about the agency , I stayed one night in halong so she call my contact there and help me To reach my hotel safely because i dont speak Vietnamese and for my return to hanoi she was in contact with the driver all the time... Ha Long Bay 3days-2nights - Such an amazing tour of Ha Long Bay. The crew and tour guides were very kind and funny. Our stay was very comfortable and the cabins and boat very clean. The activities everyday were lots of fun and a great way to see many different things in Ha Long Bay. The food and drinks were also great! Would highly recommend this tour, we felt welcome and we’ll taken care of the entire time!

Ha Long Bay 2 nights with Camelia cruise - We booked Ha Long bay for 3 days 2 nights and Lucy from this company recommended Camelia cruise. Everrthing run smothy from the begining to the end. They free upgraded for us to second floor cabin with private bacolny that made us really enjoy. We had lots of fun from the crew, specially first night. HALONG BAY 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS - This is first time for me to come Halong bay.It`s so amaging place. View is good and there are many activities. I recommend you to stay in there on boat as one night two days plan.Its so confortable to stay and you can experience allnight there. I could make good memories there.

Highly recommended - We were very satisfied with this tour. Clean and well equipped room, pleasant, funny crew and gorgeous nature. P.S. we had special food requirements which were always remembered and fulfilled without any complaints.
