Relax in the sunlit studio located in the historic Koule Kafe Square. Once the center of Byzantine life, it is now a hub of creativity. Guests can savor traditional Greek coffee, sweets, and local snacks before engaging in their art activities. -
Create Your Own Byzantine Art
Now it’s time to get creative! Using an intuitive glass technique, participants will craft a unique mosaic artwork. The studio provides prepared Byzantine motifs (crosses, florals, or architectural designs) to simplify the process for beginners. Guests will select their favorite vibrant glass colors and assemble their piece step-by-step with expert guidance. No prior experience is required. -

Situated in the historic Ano Poli, the workshop provides an authentic local atmosphere with traditional Greek delicacies available at the historic Koule Kafe Square. Participants will depart not only with photographs but also with a 100% handmade glass mosaic, carefully packed for safe travel—a personal creation reflecting Thessaloniki’s Byzantine heritage.
