This was a great tour, Dylan our guide was very knowledgeable. This is the second tour I've taken with the French quarter phantoms and both were excellent, with all the tours to choose from I would highly recommend them- you don't get some hyped up story you get the facts.
Great info and entertaining guide, but Cemetery tour was much shorter than the last time i took This tour... we skipped the secret garden of the Quattro tombs
Great energy and lot of info about the cemetery but lack of info about the houses and architecture in the garden district.
We absolutely loved our tour! Our tour guide was very enthusiastic, funny, and knowledgeable. We learned so much about the history of New Orleans and got to see so many cool things. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting New Orleans!!
Dylan was a great tour guide! He had great info and a very engaging style of presenting it. Thanks for a great experience!
Dillon was extremely knowledgeable, hilarious, and seems very passionate about the history of the city. We would have went on another tour with him the same day if he had been doing other tours.
The sidewalks and cemetery was difficult to walk. There must be a sidewalk around the cemetery that's not so treacherous. Our guide was excellent!
Great tour - made 100% better by our amazing your guide Erin. Her love of history and the city shone through. Would book again - as long as we could guarantee she'd be our guide!
Ducky was amazing! I took 2 other tours with different companies and I enjoyed this the most. He was very entertaining, passionate, and friendly. I would take any tour he leads.
Great tour of Garden District about the history , architecture & who lived & lives there
The tour was fun, informative and entertaining. Our guide Duvky was knowledgeable, personable and fun! I would recommend this tour.
Good amount of information and good distance and length of tour. Tour guide, Ducky, was engaging but sometimes over the top with his accents, making the information difficult to hear and understand.
It was a nice tour for the most part but it felt very rigid. I had to pay more attention to people walking on the sidewalk and being told to make room for them. I felt like a kid being told what to do most of the time. If I wanted to take photos being told to hurry up and such. The break to use the bathroom was very short and we wanted to be able to look around more. We spent very little time in Lafayette Cemetery which was a highlight for me. It felt very rushed and for purchasing a tour it would’ve been nice to be able to get a little more of what I like. The guide was great and knew the history well enough but I think I may have enjoyed myself more going through the District solo with google to give me information and all of the time that I wanted to be able to explore the shops and cemetery.
I just wanted to also see the coven house from American horror story that's all
We did the garden district tour and had an awesome time. From the moment we met Sam we knew it was going to be an interesting day. He was very passionate about the history and we learned so much. The pirate costume also was a nice touch.
It was interesting but the guide people talk too fast rush through their narrating. I know they do this every day 2 or 3times but it's new info to tourist.
I’ve taken a few different tours over the years visiting NOLA and this ones I was really looking forward to.It did not disappoint. Our guide Sam was very knowledgeable and kept our interest with his stories. Highly recommend this tour!
It was an informative tour and the guide was very personable. I enjoyed my time very much and would definitely do another tour through your company next time I'm in New Orleans.
Would have liked to have heard more about the historical points about the Garden District as opposed to the celebrity stories; John Goodman, Sandra Bullock, the Manning's, etc.
We had the pleasure of having Sam do the Garden Tour for us on Tuesday and absolutely loved him. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and made it all really fun. He was able to do all of this while feeling extremely ill. Someone had to come cover for him for the second half of the tour in the Lafayette Cemetery. (feel better Sam!!) Unfortunately, the loss of a star is only because it felt like we didn't get to learn anything while in the cemetery. It was very rushed (yes, it was hot) but we didn't get to really hear any stories to make it seem special - it felt like we could have just walked through on our own. I would love to take the tour again and have more time learning about the cemetery and what makes it so special!
Entertaining. A lot of fun facts and puns from Sam. Worked really hard to keep us in the shade on the hot day.
