Very educational and fun at the same time. A lot of detailed information that we learned, the guided knew every detail about this enchanting neighborhood!

Unfortunately, I missed the tour because I couldn't find the starting point on your website - I had others ("tech-savy Millennials") look too and they had the same problem. I was visiting from out of town and the only access I had to your website was my cell phone. I went to your office address assuming that was starting point - it was closed. Your website should be more cell "phone friendly" - the entire tour page is not visible on a cell phone - although it looks like it is - turns out you have to scroll all the way down to reveal more of the page and find starting point - in extremely small print (it should be easy to find and in bold print - the page layout could easily be more compact if wasteful blank spaces were deleted ). When I clicked on "Next Tour" - to find starting point - the Ansley tour had already been deleted (even though it hadn't started yet) and Druid appeared instead - complicating matters. I finally found the starting point when I had access to a full-sized computer - but it was too late. As an architect, I was very disappointed to have missed this tour and feel I'm not entirely responsible. A refund would certainly be appreciated. Thank you for considering.
