Total respect of the elephants! Highly recommended - Wonderful experience in the total respect of the animals. We were very close, fed some sugarcane but let them decide when they wanted to come nearby us. Watched them have a bath and play in the water. Asked many questions and our guide was great. Learnt a lot and took beautiful pictures. Highly highly recommend!!!

This was such an... - This was such an incredible experience. From start to finish. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. When we arrived at the sanctuary all staff were the same and you could tell all the animals were well loved and looked after. The lunch spot was beautiful and no fuss. All guides were very friendly and chatted with everyone and shared their knowledge throughout the tour. Would 100% recommend.

Fun time with the elephants - Had a wonderful time. Cops our tour guide was excellent. The staff at the sanctuary were very informative and encouraged interaction with the elephants. Would definitely book again if I return to Chiang Mai.

Amazing experience - Amazing experience getting to feed and walk with elephants in a safe environment. The drop of and pick to and from the hotel was great and everything was explained clearly.

Fun elephant tour - Very fun trip to see the elephants, efficient pickup and drop off from hotel and lunch was good. We got to feed the elephants and then walk with them through forest as they ate and relaxed.

Fantastic excursion, do not miss this one! - The guide was very knowledgeable, and the elephants were well taken care of. There was plenty of time to feed and pet the two adult and one baby elephant. The scenery was outstanding and the folks that worked at the sanctuary. We’re lovely. I met folks from the Karen tribe were gracious and wonderful. The ride to and from the sanctuary was comfortable. I am a well seasoned traveler, and this experience was one. I will never forget. Do not miss it!

Good tour but they should have shown us more elephants - Watching the elephant was so much of joy. We were able to see 2 big elephants and 3 baby elephants. Only complaint is in the same forest there were around 10 big elephants just little far away and we were requesting our guides to let us go there so that we can watch those elephants as well but we were not allowed to go. There were other tourists groups who were there. That was a bummer.

Disappointing tour - Very disappointing. Guide was not licensed or certified and provided very little insight into info of the park or elephants. Elephants were interesting and we had thought we would learn about the Karen tribe but this did not occur. Water was not offered during the trip except at lunch. The lunch was good but poor attention to the special dietary needs of one of our group though I had provided info at booking and before pick up.

Poor experience due to driver and guide - Driver picked us up on time. Then Went to next stop and left us in can waiting for half an hour. I had to contact the tour company which then contacted driver and he came back. It told us 2 hours to get to the elephants instead of 1 hour. Our guide was sub par and did not offer any information. We had to ask questions to which we received minimal answers. Other guides were more talkative and interactive with the elephants and the people in their group. Other guides took lots of pictures for their guests while ours did not. Overall poor experience due to the guide and driver.

NOT a sanctuary!! - This was NOT a sanctuary...these elephants were clearly bred to entertain people. Although I loved seeing them, I felt guilty the whole time. They barely have an acre or two of land. It was VERY entertaining but if you care about it truly being a sanctuary...choose somewhere else! Operator was VERY disorganized and calling it a sanctuary feels like false advertising. Gross bus as well. Operators were very nice but gave no info without pressing them for it. Lunch was very yummy.
