Begin with a warm-up to prepare your body for the techniques ahead. Your Kru will then introduce you to the art of Muay Thai, teaching you various strikes and techniques.

Practice your new skills during 3 rounds of pad work, where you’ll have the chance to strike the iconic Muay Thai Pads. The heavy bag will also be your training partner as you enhance your striking abilities.

As the session concludes, your Kru will lead you in a warm-down. The entire experience typically lasts about 1 hour.

No need to worry about equipment; everything is provided. Simply wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, and all necessary gear for an exceptional Muay Thai experience will be supplied.
