• The child must be 4 years old and above and supervised by parents/guardians, tour guides/instructors, or tour operators. They will not be allowed to drive.
• Drivers have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 15 years old.
• During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund.
• The personal belongings of the customers during the trip will be the sole responsibility of the customers.
• For the 2-hour ATV tour, please bring dry clothes to change into after swimming at the waterfall.
• ATV damages are not covered under personal injury insurance.
• A maximum of 24 participants can join the ATV tour per session.
• The details of tour trips are subject to change without prior notice depending on the situation.
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
• Individuals with movement impairments are not permitted to participate.
