• Somerset Vineyard and Winery - Somerset Winery hosts a production tour for each time slot of our Traditional Wine Tour. Somerset is distinctive as it is the only winery in Southern California (and one of just eight in the U.S.) that produces wine using the ancient terra-cotta method, which originated in Persia over 8,000 years ago. This process involves fermentation in large clay vessels, avoiding the tannins from traditional oak barrels and providing the wine with a more natural taste. Many wine enthusiasts claim this is the purest way to make wine, but you can decide for yourself when you join our wine tour!

The Weekday Wine Tour is available from Monday to Thursday, taking you to three wineries where you will enjoy 18 ounces of wine tastings, equal to three glasses. Additionally, at the final winery, you will experience a wine and production tour, gaining insight into the winemaking process while sampling wine directly from the barrels.
