Great customer service - I didn’t actually get to experience the hot air balloon excursion due to heavy winds, but the customer service around being updated about the conditions, possible cancellations, as well as rescheduling was top-tier. I look forward to trying to reschedule with this company in the future.

Outstanding Experience - A Must Do! - Joe and his team were outstanding. Joe did great job of piloting and sharing insights into hot air ballooning. He also pointed out landmarks that we could see. He also had cupcakes and Champagne or Mimosas for us after we landed. It was one of the best things I have ever done and highly recommend Cielo Balloons in Temecula Valley.

Fun Times - Super fun, we had Josh and he was cool and calm and knew what he was doing. I was nervous, but I’m glad I did it!

Better than anticipated - It is so relaxing in the air. I am usually afraid of jumpy heights like a ride that shoots you up and down. This calm ride with a confident FAA pilot will take your breath away.

Great Company - Beautiful day and views, great ground crew, friendly and very informative pilot. This is NOT the "cattle car" balloon company hauling 20 people in a basket. Highly recommend.

10/10 Caught the Sunrise! - We had an amazing morning! It was an early departure but we were up in the air before anyone else and we caught the sunrise from the best view! Joe was our pilot and he made the trip educational and fun. Would definitely recommend to anyone for a unique view of the wine country.

Amazing! Awesome!... - Amazing! Awesome! Excellent! I got a really great & knowledgeable pilot, Joe. Joe and his team were very nice & fun. The experience was completely amazing. Hard to explain you would have to experience it in person to have the awe in perfect views. Got an amazing view of the sunrise as well. Definitely recommend to anyone who isn't afraid to fly up to get the views. Overall experience is A+++

Last minute cancellations - After traveling from out of town; calling the night before to make sure the reservations were intact; waking up early, showing up on time; and taking a shuttle to the launch site; the staff was testing weather conditions for over an hour; only to tell us that it was too windy and that the flight was being cancelled.
