• Te Anau - Guests will be picked up from their Te Anau accommodation by the Fiordland Tours driver and hiking guide, before collecting any additional participants joining the tour.
• Fiordland National Park - Enjoy a scenic drive along the Milford Road through Fiordland National Park with photo stops, leading to the start of the hike.
• Lake Marian Track - The Lake Marian Day Walk offers an enchanting hike to one of Fiordland’s hidden treasures. This full-day adventure takes you to Lake Marian, a breathtaking alpine lake nestled in a hanging valley, surrounded by majestic mountains.

Savor a delightful morning tea with fresh baking and refreshments at a scenic stop. The walk to Lake Marian and back takes around 5 hours, with time to explore the lake’s southern side. If weather affects our time at the lake, we’ll explore other short walks along the Hollyford Valley.

This full-day adventure takes you to Lake Marian, a breathtaking alpine lake set in a hanging valley, encircled by majestic mountains. The hike starts with a gentle stroll beside cascading waterfalls before ascending through lush forests of fuchsia, ribbonwood, and beech trees.
