2 Freedom Square - During our wine tour, we
we will visit two small wineries, which are located in the very heart of old Tbilisi. In these establishments, we will taste 6-8 tasting portions of famous Georgian wines made both in the traditional Georgian way (in cone-shaped clay vessels), and according to European technology and real Chacha from +50° grapes.
Experienced sommeliers will allow you to take a fresh look at wine as a drink and get acquainted with the unique Georgian winemaking traditions, which are rooted in the ancient Neolithic era.
In between tastings, I will give you a full tour of the capital, tell you about the history, culture and traditions of the Georgian people and Tbilisi.

We will explore two wine cellars located in the vibrant heart of Tbilisi. Our tour will be centred around the city’s unique spots, taking in the sight of a historic fortress, age-old sacred sites, and unusual architecture. The journey will take us through the city’s distinct streets and its natural wonders.
The boutique, where the first wine tasting session is conducted, boasts a western touch, whereas the second tasting event transports you to a traditional cellar emanating a cosy ambiance. In each winery, you’ll experience several celebrated wines that Georgia is known for.

Great wines and very accommodating - Very accommodating as we were late from a previous trip and they offered to delay start thankfully. Wine stops were good especially the Cha Cha tour stop beautiful wines with a great atmosphere and balcony over river looking on to town .

Great Experience - Went to the event wine promenade with the whole family. We really liked the format of the tour organized by Valeri. In between visits to wineries, we had a full tour. We were very pleased with the friendly attitude of our guide, his deep knowledge and of course the tasting, which was provided to us at the highest level. Special thanks to the sommelier Zurab and the owner of the family cafe Herakli for their warm hospitality. On our next visit we will definitely visit their establishments.

Unforgettable wine tour in Tbilisi. - We were with my son on the whine promenade, which was organized by Valeri and his team. More than 15 varieties of wine from Georgian producers were produced in two wine cellars of the old city. Valeri turned out to be a very erudite and knowledgeable guide who told us a lot of interesting and useful information about his country and winemaking in Georgia.
I give 5 stars and will recommend this event to my friends.

Супер - Thanks Valeri for a wonderful experience. From the very beginning of the booking, everything was at the highest level. Valeri quickly responded to our request and gave us some tips on how to navigate the city. The experience itself took place in a warm, cheerful, positive atmosphere. In addition to information about wine, Valeri told us about the traditions and culture of his country and shared interesting facts about Georgia. For 3 hours we got acquainted with the history of the city, enjoyed its architecture and sights. Wine experts told us about the wine culture of Georgia. We have made dozens of new acquaintances in Georgia. I strongly recommend this excursion.

good impression - An amazing experience if you want to learn a lot about Georgia and wine. We tasted more than 10 different varieties in two establishments, and now we have a little better understanding of wine. The organizers, for their part, made us feel good by providing cheese slices and Georgian sweets for a snack, which was not actually included in the cost of the event. Great wine experience - Great experience. You definitely feel like a local having fun and meeting your guide is like walking with an old friend. We really liked the structure and presentation of information on this tour. Our guide Valeri knows the history of his country well and he answered all our questions. I would like to say special thanks to the guys from two wineries, who left a great impression about themselves about the knowledge of wine and their culture (unfortunately I didn’t remember their names😅) In each wine cellar we tried 5-7 varieties of wine and chacha☺️, but most of all we I liked the wine from the Cuevri. I recommend booking this tour at the very beginning of your trip to Georgia, it will give you a broad idea of the country, its identity and centuries-old wine-making culture. ❤️
