• Jinvali Water Reservoir - The tour begins from Tbilisi at approximately 9:00 am. After an hour’s drive, the group arrives at Jinvali Dam, where a brief stop is made for photography. Jinvali Dam is an artificial water reservoir offering picturesque views, ideal for photos. A small market is available for purchasing warm clothing if needed for the Gudauri Winter resort. The stop at Jinvali Dam lasts about 15-20 minutes.
• Ananuri - A 15-minute drive from the Jinvali viewpoint leads to the Ananuri fortress. This medieval fortress, dating back to the 13th century, was constructed to protect the city of Jinvali, which existed before the dam, and to block enemy access to the mountains. A 30-minute walk is required to explore the Ananuri fortress.
• Gudauri - After an hour’s drive, the group reaches Gudauri. Gudauri is a seasonal winter resort open from mid-December to mid-April. Visitors can enjoy various snow activities, including skiing, snow biking, snow sledding, and cable car rides. Ski rentals are available for gear and attire, and trainers are on hand to teach skiing. Activity and training fees are not included in the tour fee.
• Pasanauri - On the return journey from Gudauri to Tbilisi, a stop is made in the village of Pasanauri for lunch or dinner. This charming, small mountain village by the riverside offers the opportunity to savor delicious local cuisine at nearby restaurants.

Today, visitors can explore the Gudauri ski resort, enjoying snow activities and breathtaking scenic views along the way, as well as historical and architectural monuments, including UNESCO-protected sites. Since this is a full-day tour, it is advisable to start early in the morning, around 8 or 9 am. The tour will conclude in Tbilisi in the evening, around 7 pm.

A stop at Jinvali Dam for photography is optional, taking 5-10 minutes, with a driving time of 1 hour.

The Ananuri Fortress is another optional stop for sightseeing and photography, lasting about 30 minutes, with a driving time of 1 hour.

Gudauri is the main destination of the day, where visitors will spend most of their time, approximately 2-3 hours. At the Gudauri ski resort, guests can engage in various snow activities and capture photos of the stunning snowy mountains and hilltops.

Lunch can be enjoyed on the way back to Tbilisi at the riverside village of Passanauri.
