• Kakhetian Traditional Winemaking - Visit the Kakhetian Traditional Winemaking Factory, one of the largest producers of wine and spirits in Georgia and the Caucasus, established in 2001. KTW combines traditional Georgian techniques with modern technology to create unique wines, brandy, sparkling wine, and chacha. Visitors can tour the factory and sample five types of Georgian wine and a 10-year-old brandy. Tips: • Bring a bottle of water to drink between tastings. • The factory may be cool, so bring a jacket. • Chkhaveri – White Dry Wine. KTW’s signature wine, “Chkhaveri,” originated in 1880 in the village of Askana, where winemaker Antimoz Chkhaidze created a new wine type using unique local grapes.
• Bodbe Monastery of St. Nino - Located in the village of Bodbe, Sighnaghi region, Kakheti, the monastery is surrounded by flower beds, bushes, vineyards, and a healing spring. Its history is intertwined with the adoption of Christianity. Legend says King Miriani dreamed of four stars over Georgia, with one ray near Bodbe, where Nino placed a cross. She lived humbly in a tent and was buried there. In the early 4th century, a monastery was built on the site. Nino’s grave is inside, under the altar, which is not to be photographed.
• Sighnaghi Ethnographic Park - Sighnaghi, a charming town in Kakheti, was revitalized from a forgotten place to a vibrant tourist center with cobbled streets and cozy houses with red tile roofs, reflecting southern Italian classicism. It offers various hotels and guest houses to suit all preferences. Known as “the town of love,” Sighnaghi features a special wedding house where couples can marry anytime without prior documentation.

We’ll collect you from your accommodation and take you to the Kakheti region. On our journey, we’ll stop by the renowned KTW winery for a tasting of five unique wines. Following this, we’ll proceed to discover the grand Bodbe Monastery and the enchanting city of Signagi - aptly named the city of love. This tour provides you with the chance to fully immerse yourself in the magic of Signagi, granting you ample time to explore at your own pace. This isn’t your usual guided tour, demanding your constant attention - no, Signagi is yours to explore freely. You have practically the entire day to visit quaint local wineries, wander around museums, wedding houses, endeavor Zipline experience, dine at terraces offering unparalleled views, unwind and take picturesque photos, go for lengthy strolls, and meet new people. Don’t forget to pack your swimsuits - the region boasts locations featuring swimming pools with stunning views. At the end of the day, you can choose to stay overnight in Signagi or any other Kakheti hotel of your choice, arranging a private transfer for the following day. Alternatively, you have the option to return to Tbilisi on the same day.
