Excellent - Excellent service in comfort, punctuality, professionalism, sympathy. All excellent. I booked the service by WhatsApp for 8 people and we had the driver waiting for us at the exits of the terminal. The trip was in an 8-seater vehicle with excellent comfort.

City Center to MXP Airport Transport - The Tripadvisor site to reserve the car was the only glitch. I was not able to put in the time that we (a couple) wanted to be picked up at the hotel (near the Central Train Station) to go to MXP airport. I had to write, following the confirmation of the reservation to the car company to tell them, as well as the number of pieces of luggage we had (3 large with carry-ons). They responded almost immediately and re-confirmed the location, number of people and luggage. The car arrived early (yay!) and Fabio, our driver, was engaging and polite and drove well. It was a Mercedes Benz minivan and was comfortable and clean. There was bottled water available for us. The drive to the airport took 45 minutes, as it was 4:30am (flight left at 9am) on a Friday morning. We don't like to leave much up to chance so we always give ourselves extra time in case of traffic or accidents. I would definitely recommend this company for the efficiency, politeness and value. We would use them again.
