Great crew- captain Dylan is so friendly and wonderful with kids- attentive first mate with drinks,fruit and snorkel gear-family loved it- we’ll be back😀

We had an amazing time as a family on the snorkel outing. We had three young teenagers with us who had never been snorkeling before, Brian was very patient and explained how to be successful. It was such a great memory with them and we ended up booking the sandbar float tour for the next day!

We had a great time, and Marley was super helpful making sure that our masks were working well. We got to see a lot of beautiful fish.

It was terrific! The snorkeling was incredible! They took us to a lovely place. We got to see the coral reef and lots of fish! They were so good to us. Tiffany and Dylan were perfect host.!! Tiffany took such good carrier of us handing towels, drinks anything we needed she helped us with. They were friendly and it was a lot of fun.!!

I should have cancel when they decided to switch snorkel site. I saw more marine life off the beach at John Pennekamp. I understand weather conditions were not optimal but it would have been better just to cancel the whole trip. I’ve been snorkeling for years off Key Largo and this was my first from Islamorada, it was a disappointment. Nice crew, boat and service, but the site totally sucked.

The crew was friendly and professional, but I booked expecting to snorkel Alligator Reef. We were taken to a different reef location, and several passengers seemed surprised as well. The reef was healthy, but it was much deeper than expected. I wish the booking information had been clearer that the destination is captain’s choice and that Alligator Reef is not typically included on standard tours.

I know you can't control the weather, but the amount paid to go to a different location due to wind was exorbitant. The crew was good, but I could've snorkeled much better locations on my own with as much or more to see. The trip should be cancelled and refunded if you can't go to Alligator Reef. Sorry...but this experience was a 1 star at best.

While I understand that weather and water conditions greatly affect the plan for snorkel tours, I do think that having clear communication of alternate snorkeling locations be provided to customers prior to their tours as much as possible. Today the tour i was on was told that we'd be snorkeling an alternative location, the "Bayside Mangrove Eco Snorkel Tour", and while it was on the Bayside it was an area of rocks on a man-made shore with no mangroves at all. The staff was extremely nice and pleasant, however the tour itself was very disappointing and I ended up just going back to the boat less than halfway through and sat there while I waited for the other people on the tour to come back. Again, I do understand that conditions do affect the plans for a tour like this however it is very frustrating that there is nothing on the website or booking documentation that indicates that this specific location was an alternative option and it is also frustrating that the location the snorkel tour actually went to today did not fit the description of a "Bayside Mangrove Eco Snorkel Tour". I'm only in the Keys for 2 days to spread my mother’s ashes and I booked this tour specifically to get my mind of things and try to enjoy myself a little during a very hard time, but that was not the case today unfortunately. Had I known what the plan today actually entailed in terms of snorkel location, I think I would have chosen to book a different charter somewhere else. I would like to point out that the staff was very nice and they have nothing to do with my dissatisfaction.
