Really enjoyable... - Really enjoyable night-time stroll along one of the park’s boardwalks. We saw so many wombats and wallabies, and even a few quolls and then possums on the coach back to the visitor centre. Our guide was engaging and knowledgeable. The tour is a little pricey but glad we did it.

Saw so many wombats and wallaby and even some quolls - You'll drive along, spotting the more shy creatures from the vehicle, then up to the overland track where there are SO MANY wombats and wallabys and we even saw a few quoll before they scampered off which was so special. Our tourguide was lovely and the whole thing felt really special. I'd highly recommend doing it

10/10 experience - Great experience, highly recommended. Our tour guide had a good knowledge of the wildlife at Cradle Mountain & was able to answer all questions asked. We were blessed with a small tour group & perfect weather which allowed us to be able to see many wombats & wallaby's up close. Would definitely recommend & would do this again in the future!

Highly recommend if you... - Highly recommend if you could put your hands up as a volunteer as you will get a big torch and sit right in front of the bus to do the spotting on the way back which made my tour so worthwhile! I saw a lot of animals in the dark and heaps of wombat and wallaby! Highly recommend for people who have kids and the evening adventure was my daughter‘a favorite of the trip!

Night spotting at Cradle - Rain can make it more difficult to spot the animals while using torches. Dress warm. We were welcomed aboard the bus by a lively Scottish young lady who was delightful and knowledgeable. Her passion for the wildlife was contagious. We spotted wombats, possums, echidna and the eyes of a quoll who proved difficult to sight. A top experience.
