• In case the ferry company cancels the ferry ride due to bad weather conditions and does not offer another ferry within the next 2 hours the tour will be cancelled and NO REFUND will be be possible. We advise you strongly to have a travel insurance to be covered in such cases!!!

• Ride a camel on the beach (optional), costs 35€

• Pickup and drop off times depend on different factors and can be changed.
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• Tours can be customized according to your preferences
• Kids under 5 will also be charged
• If the ferry changes the port there might be a supplement. It does not happen often.
• A refund for add ons (ferry, camel ride and lunch) is not possible
• Ferry time table can sometimes change affecting the pickup and drop off time. There can be a supplement if the tour is longer due to the ferry timetable change.
