- Lata Iskandar - Lata Iskandar is a picturesque waterfall located along the main road from Tapah to Cameron Highlands, approximately 25 km before reaching Ringlet. The waterfall gracefully descends over multiple tiers of granite slopes, with the final drop measuring 25 meters, creating a small pool below before continuing as a narrow stream. On weekends, the area becomes a popular spot for tourists and locals alike.
Visitors often gather under the refreshing cascade or pose for photos on the rocky ledges. Nearby, a collection of quaint shops and stalls line the main road, offering a variety of ethnic souvenirs, tribal handicrafts, unique herbs, tropical fruits, and even aphrodisiacs.
- Boh Tea Plantation - BOH Plantations was established in 1929 by J.A. Russel, a British entrepreneur during the British colonial period in Malaya. He was confident in the tea plantation business due to high demand despite the global Great Depression at the time. Recognizing the potential, he applied for and received a land concession for his first tea garden in Habu, Cameron Highlands.
BOH Tea Plantation is a must-visit destination in Cameron Highlands, offering scenic views, tranquility, and cool, fresh air. The journey to the plantation is an adventure in itself, with narrow and winding roads. It’s recommended to honk while navigating corners to alert oncoming traffic. The experience of honking becomes quite enjoyable.
Despite the narrow roads, the sight of green rolling hills with neatly arranged rows of tea plants is truly breathtaking and refreshing. Visitors often feel compelled to stop their cars and walk through the plantation, picking tea leaves themselves.
The Sg Palas ‘ummph!’ BOH TEA Plantation provides a complimentary guided factory tour, showcasing the tea leaf processing. Don’t miss the nearby BOH TEA SHOP, where you can indulge in a delightful cup of tea, cakes, and enjoy the enchanting ambiance and views of the plantation.
- Big Red Strawberry Farm - Also known as Taman Agro Tourism, Big Red Strawberry Farm is an agricultural center cultivating strawberries and organic salad vegetables on a steep hillside overlooking Brinchang town center. Accessible via a back route from Star Regency Hotel (with signboards along the main road, in the same direction as Cactus Valley), the farm is one of Brinchang’s top tourist attractions.
The farm features a spacious cafe, product shop, vegetable market, and strawberry picking activities. Visitors can pick hydroponically grown strawberries seasonally, and enjoy the cafe and gift shop.
- Cactus Valley - Situated in Cameron Highlands, Pahang, Cactus Valley is one of the largest and most popular tourist destinations in the area. The valley boasts a wide variety of cactus plants, some as old as 60 years.
Cactus Valley also offers an extensive range of plants and foliage, including roses, calla lilies, impatiens, fuchsias, ananas, camellias, hibiscus, rhododendrons, bird of paradise, glory bush, clivia miniata, peaches, hippeastrum, geraniums, coleus, gerberas, oncidiums, and many more. Apple trees and passion fruit plants are also cultivated here, with many items available for purchase.
The impressive collection of C&S plants is a highlight, and there is a retail section where most specimens are grown in pots. Strawberries, tomatoes, and vegetables are also cultivated in the vicinity.

Sam Poh Temple - Sam Poh Buddhist Temple is located in Brinchang, perched high on a hill overlooking the town. Due to its elevated position, the temple offers a splendid view of Brinchang town and the surrounding hills. Built in 1972, it is the fourth largest Buddhist temple in the country and houses a large statue of Lord Buddha, the founder of Buddhism. The temple is beautifully maintained by residents and monks, surrounded by a bright yellow wall, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Inside, there are numerous statues, both Buddhist and Chinese, with incense burning in memory of those who have passed. Visitors are reminded to remove their shoes before entering the temple halls.

Similar to the daily market at Kea Farm, the Night Market offers an abundance of native products from Cameron Highlands, including strawberries, vegetables, fruits, tea blends, ornamental plants, and colorful souvenirs.
