From the port, guests will embark on a relaxing shore excursion to Taormina, ascending the hillside. The tour includes a visit to the stunning “Belvedere Square,” offering a breathtaking view of the Messina coastline, Taormina bays, Catania coastline, and the majestic Mount Etna in the background. The journey continues to the enchanting medieval village of Castelmola, located just above Taormina. Visitors will wander through several narrow, picturesque streets with spectacular views of the sea and Mount Etna. Additionally, there is an opportunity to explore the ancient 13th-century Arab castle, perched at the highest and most scenic point.

The tour will then proceed to the historical center of Taormina, where guests will have free time to explore the village at their leisure. They can stroll through the charming streets and narrow alleys, discovering picturesque corners and delightful shops. Recommendations for excellent local dining options will be provided. There will also be ample time to visit the Greek Theatre and other significant attractions in Taormina.
