Going back in time - Christy is the best. Incredible wealth of knowledge and I was like a sponge soaking up his knowledge. I can’t fault anything with Christy. The only thing was I was a bit nervous finding the pick up point and being the only one there as pick up was on a highway and early in the morning. Google maps was more reliable than the seller.

Christy is a fountain of knowledge and a proud Sicilian - Despite the downpour and the slow traffic through Catania the locations visited were all interesting and completely brought to life by Christy’s excellent narrative. After visiting the lovely Noto and the multi-faceted Syracuse cathedral and kasbah, the highlight for me was the Archaeological Park and the Greek and Roman theatres quite close to each other. As with other reviews I would have preferred more time there at the expense of the earlier locations. There was a full bus load of about 60 and these split between Christy for English speakers and a local guide for French/German speakers. A great value excursion.

Fantastic guide - I joined a tour from Taormina to Noto and Syracuse yesterday. Although the schedule was a bit rushed (there is so much to see and so little time), it was still a very pleasant experience, mostly thanks to our wonderful guide. He was patient, spoke several languages fluently, and made sure everyone felt included. I especially appreciated his patience when I got lost and arrived late — thank you again, Mr. Guide, for your kindness and professionalism!

Syracuse & Noto: More Than Just a Tour - I was genuinely amazed by everything I saw during our excursion to Syracuse and Noto. The experience was not only visually stunning but also incredibly rich in content — every moment felt meaningful and well-curated. Our guide, Christy, played a key role in making the day unforgettable. Through his captivating storytelling, he brought the region to life, weaving together the history, culture, and spirit of Sicily in a way that was both engaging and deeply informative. His knowledge of history is truly exceptional, and his ability to connect ancient landmarks with modern Sicilian identity gave the entire journey a unique depth. From the majestic ruins of Syracuse to the baroque beauty of Noto, this excursion offered a perfect blend of education, inspiration, and wonder. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking to explore Sicily beyond the surface — especially with a guide like Christy leading the way.

My dream of seeing Syracuse - Our guide provided us with excellent explanations and jokes. I enjoyed Ortigia Island and Noto. I wish we could have stayed longer, but it was a long day anyway.

Good tour with very knowledgeable guide - Very punctual with pick up and our guide Christy was excellent very knowledgeable and professional throughout the tour. Enjoyed Noto and Ortigo which were very interesting and the architecture was very impressive. We then went to the Archaeological Park Neapolos for our final stop on the tour. The entry price was expensive at €17 with very little to see. There was no guide so Christy very kindly stepped in. He was very knowledgeable on the subject. But found the park very poor value for money with very little that interested me personally. I wasn't the only person who felt this way. Possibly give people more time in Noto and Ortegio which was fantastic and a trip around Ortegio would have been Fab rather than the overpriced and underwhelming Archaeological park. This takes nothing away from Christy who was excellent throughout and his driver Nino who was also excellent throughout.

Too much in 1 day - The Sicilian guide Christie has a lot of experience and knew a lot to tell. Too bad that too much is crammed into one day so it went very quickly and we did not do everything that was announced. It is better to make it 2 separate tours. There was a lot of travel time

Disappointed by this visit at the pace - 3 hours by bus to reach the archaeological site of Syracuse visited at the pace of 1 hour. Then we take you to the island of Ortigia where we walked another 15min at the pace of charge to be able to visit the cathedral before closing at 12:30. Arrived in this one at 12:10 where a service was in progress (Sunday) and therefore no information could be given by the guide. In addition, the entire facade of the cathedral is hidden behind a scaffolding. Then we drop you without guide in Syracuse until 2pm before taking the bus back to Noto. In Noto, same scenario, we let you go 1h15 without guide who actually gives you all the information in the coach. Then 3 hours of bus back. So we decided to rent a car to redo this excursion our way.

Rushed tours - We did two tours with this company while in taormina, noto & syracuse and the godfather tour. Both were really good but the godfather tour is only 4 hours so you only get 1 hour in each little town with all the driving. We managed to go to the bar from the first film, but that only left us with 15 minutes to get up to the church and back down and also see the square. Thr 2 & 3 film was in another town, and that also left us an hour to see the square and the church's. The tour guide was nice and the tour was good but overall I would probably do it ourselves if we came back. The noto and syracuse tour, our tour guide, was fantastic and had loads of knowledge. Unfortunately, there were 3 different languages on the tour, so everything was explained 3 separate times, which delayed things and didn't leave as much time. We had an hour in noto before driving to syracuse, once we reached there you had an hour for lunch. Once lunch was done, we saw the green church, which was nice, but I would have liked to see the catacombs underneath, but again, there wasn't time. We then went to an ancient archaeology sight where you could see the old theatre. We had a 1:15 there before we drove back 2 hours to taormina. Overall, it was a great tour but I would recommend booking the one without noto so you can enjoy syracuse.

Desolant - I expected better from this excursion. NOTO, shopping town and Syracuse, little explanation and little sight of the city, cathedral 2 euros, 15 minutes visit and archaeological site, 17 euros and 45 minutes visit. Were very disappointed.
