Situated in the bay of Taormina, Spisone Beach features both private and public beach areas. The stone islets rising from the waters create a picturesque scene. The beach consists of pebbles, and the seabed is diverse.
• Porto baia delle sirene - BAY OF MERMAIDS
  Baia delle Sirene is one of Taormina’s premier seaside destinations. Hidden from view by a small promontory, it remains uncrowded. The bay resembles a natural harbor where local fishermen find refuge. It features a shallow seabed, creating an ideal habitat for various marine species, particularly the Posidonia, a marine plant vital for the marine ecosystem. The stone islets emerging from the emerald waters offer a stunning view, making it a perfect spot for snorkeling enthusiasts.

• Isola Bella - BEAUTIFUL ISLAND
  Nestled between Capo Taormina and Capo Sant’Andrea, this bay, with its precious central pearl, is aptly named “The Pearl of the Mediterranean.” Covered in Mediterranean scrub and exotic plants, the charming islet is a lush botanical garden. Protected by two promontories, the beach consists of gravel and pebbles. Visitors can choose between equipped beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds or a stretch of public beach. The most serene spot is the small beach at the base of Isola Bella, where the waters display stunning iridescent colors due to light play. Elsewhere, the waters are clear and incredibly transparent, shallow, and dotted with rocks, making it ideal for swimming and snorkeling among seaweed and reef fish.

  Villagonia Beach is one of the most accessible from the city center. This natural gulf, composed of rock and sand, is located at the base of Taormina, near the Taormina-Giardini railway station. It is considered one of Sicily’s most beautiful beaches, known for its white sand and clear sea, attracting both locals and tourists from around the world.
