Gather at Piazza San Antonio Abate in Taormina at 18:00. You will be warmly greeted and transported to “Ahoy Bistró Siciliano,” offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Alongside Chef Mimmo, you will craft six varieties of fresh pasta, utilizing local ingredients like Pachino cherry tomatoes and Bronte pistachios from the slopes of Mount Etna.
With guidance from his Sicilian father, a renowned local pastry chef, you will master the art of making Cannolo, the iconic Sicilian dessert. You will create the crispy shell, prepare the cream, and fill the cannoli with your own hands.
Additionally, the pastry chef will show you how to make the traditional “Angel Wings” cookies (or “Chiacchiere” in Sicily), a classic Sicilian Carnival treat.
Savor your creations with a glass of Limoncello while enjoying the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea.
At the evening’s conclusion, you will be escorted back to the heart of Taormina, with a satisfied appetite and a joyful spirit.

Under the guidance of Chef Mimmo, participants will learn the craft of preparing fresh pasta while enjoying the rich flavors and aromas of this beautiful region.
With the expertise of a Sicilian father, an esteemed local pastry chef, participants will create the iconic Cannoli, uncovering the secrets to crafting the waffle and cream that make Cannolo the most celebrated Sicilian dessert globally.
Additionally, participants will learn to make “Angel Wings,” traditional sweets known as “Chiacchiere” in Sicilian, which are popular during Carnival.
