Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park - Guests will be collected from their hotel in Arusha and transported to Tarangire National Park to begin their wildlife adventure in this stunning park. Known for its impressive baobab trees, abundant large mammals, and diverse bird species, it also boasts one of the highest concentrations of elephants in the nation. After exploring the park, guests will be taken to the camp for an overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Ngorongoro Crater - Following breakfast, the safari continues to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This is the world’s largest caldera, created by the collapse of land following a volcanic eruption. Spanning approximately 18 km in diameter, it is home to around 25,000 mammals. Within this compact area, nearly all East African mammals can be found, from Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles to mountain reedbucks in the forested slopes. Visitors may also encounter spotted hyenas, rare wild dogs, and some of the over 500 bird species in the region. The Big Five – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard – can also be spotted during the few hours spent in the crater.
