Game Drive at Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara National Park - Following breakfast, there will be a safari briefing before heading to Lake Manyara for a full-day game drive. Although Lake Manyara has transformed into more of a forest park over the years, it still provides a unique experience for visitors. While it may not have as many mammals as other parks in the Northern circuit, it offers a distinctive wilderness experience with its diverse landscapes, including the Rift Valley, dense woodlands, and stunning mountainsides. The park is centered around its namesake alkaline lake, which is a vital habitat for hundreds of bird species. As the afternoon draws to a close, you will proceed to your accommodation in Karatu for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Game Drive at Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, a Kojuu Safaris driver guide and chef will pick you up for a drive to Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for game viewing. The Serengeti is an expansive and wild game park, covering nearly 15,000 square kilometers. Known as “the endless plains” by the nomadic Maasai, it is a must-see for travelers. The park is home to the “Big Five”—lion, leopard, bush elephant, African buffalo, and black rhino—and is renowned for its annual migration and breathtaking landscapes. After game viewing, you will head to a lodge within the park for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - Awakened by the sounds of Africa, you will freshen up and head to the main area for breakfast. Afterward, your driver guide will take you on a full-day game drive in the park. For animal enthusiasts, the Serengeti is an ideal destination. Here, you can encounter the real-life inspirations for “The Lion King” characters Mufasa, Nala, Simba, and Scar. Approximately 3,000 lions inhabit the Serengeti ecosystem, and they are relatively easy to spot due to their numbers and tendency to rest under trees for up to 20 hours a day. The park also hosts bush elephants, cape buffaloes, and birds like the Kori bustard and Fischer’s lovebird. In the evening, you will return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay. Game Drive at Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater - Today, you will journey to the 8th wonder of the world for a full-day game drive to observe wildlife. Known as “Africa’s Garden of Eden,” the Ngorongoro Crater is a well-preserved natural phenomenon that serves as a sanctuary for diverse wildlife. Located 190 km from Arusha town, the crater offers numerous reasons to embark on a safari. It features a volcanic caldera filled with grassland, forest, and swamp, creating a breathtaking landscape. The permanent water on the crater floor supports over 25,000 large mammals, and you may spot animals such as leopards, lions, black rhinos, hyenas, zebras, waterbucks, and baboons. After ascending from the crater floor, you will drive to a lodge in Karatu for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Game Drive at Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park - After breakfast, you will head to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Situated in the Northern circuit, 120 km from Arusha, it takes about two hours to reach the park. Although it is the sixth largest park in Tanzania, Tarangire offers more than you might expect. It provides excellent bird-watching opportunities year-round and an authentic, lifetime experience. Often underrated, Tarangire is perfect for those who love to explore. You will drive through the savannah to learn about small creatures and spot various animals. As the afternoon ends, you will make your way to a lodge outside the park for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

The 5-day program includes visits to Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, Serengeti National Park, and the Ngorongoro Crater. Accommodation is provided in either mid-range or comfort style. The tour begins and concludes in Arusha. Additionally, the first and last nights in Arusha can be arranged, along with transfers, for an additional fee. Children aged 3-17 are welcome, with special discounts available for those aged 3-15.
