Moshi/Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park - Guests will be picked up at 7:30 AM from their hotel in Arusha or Moshi and will set off for Tarangire National Park, enjoying a picnic lunch during a full-day game drive. As Tanzania’s third-largest national park, it is renowned for its impressive baobab trees that tower over the wildlife grazing below. The Tarangire River is the heart of this park, which is celebrated for hosting some of Africa’s largest elephant herds. Visitors may also encounter lions, leopards, cheetahs, lesser kudu, buffalo, oryx, eland, giraffes, and zebras. After the game drive, guests will return to their camp or lodge where a delightful dinner will be served.

Ngorongoro Crater Tour to Arusha

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - On the final day of the safari, an early start is planned. After a quick breakfast, guests will descend into the crater floor at approximately 6:30 AM. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest inactive, intact, and unfilled volcanic caldera, featuring a vast floor of about 260 square kilometers and a depth exceeding 2000 feet. During the 5-hour game drive on the crater floor, there will be plenty of wildlife activity to capture on camera. The area is abundant with African elephants, buffalo, black rhinos, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and lions. Following a picnic lunch at the scenic Hippo Pool, guests will begin the steep ascent to the crater’s top exit. This marks the final stretch of the safari, with a 4-hour drive remaining to Arusha. Guests will be dropped off at their chosen location in Arusha by 6:00 PM. With an unforgettable experience and many memories to treasure, this is the moment to bid farewell to the team.
