Mara River - After breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive to witness the great migration in the Mara area. The Northern Mara region boasts exceptionally high numbers of resident wildlife. The Mara River is a key highlight, offering a remarkable chance to observe herds crossing north one day and returning south a few days later. However, witnessing a crossing can be challenging and often depends on luck, as herds may linger by the river for days before crossing. This area is a breathtaking region with kopjes, woodlands, riverine vegetation, and open plains, reminiscent of Kenya’s Masai Mara Game Reserve.

Serengeti National Park (North Mara)

Mara River - After breakfast, enjoy a full-day game drive in the northern Serengeti, observing the great migration crossing at the Mara River. The Mara River is a central feature, and it is common to see herds crossing north one day and back south a few days later. Please note that witnessing a crossing can be quite challenging and often relies on luck, as herds may remain near the river for days before deciding to cross. This area is a stunning region with kopjes, woodlands, riverine vegetation, and open plains. At the end of the day, return to accommodations for dinner and an overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - After breakfast, enjoy another game drive in Serengeti National Park. In the afternoon, proceed to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and visit the Olduvai Gorge museum, a renowned archaeological site in East Africa. At Laetoli, located 45 km south of Olduvai Gorge, discover hominid footprints preserved in volcanic rock dating back 3.6 million years, representing some of the earliest evidence of mankind. Then, drive to the rim of Ngorongoro for an overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater Tour

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - After an early breakfast, embark on a morning game drive inside the Ngorongoro Crater. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA) is a vast highland region along the eastern arm of the Rift Valley, with the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater as its centerpiece. Ngorongoro was established to conserve wildlife and natural resources, including the few remaining Black Rhinos. It also protects the interests of indigenous people and promotes tourism. At the end of the day, drive to the lodge.

Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara National Park - After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, spending the day game viewing in the park. Enjoy the lush, jungle-like groundwater forests teeming with baboons, blue monkeys, and the famous tree-climbing lions. At the end of the day, transfer to Arusha for an overnight stay or to the airport in time for your flight home.
