Best choice for a safari company - From the beginning, we knew that serengeti wakanda was the right choice. Their communication was far better than other companies. The package was put together perfectly and we couldn't have planned it better ourselves. Every accommodation felt like luxury and every meal was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family! Our guide was Ronald and we can't say enough good things about him. He was so knowledgeable about the wildlife and could identify every sound, including the birds! It was obvious that this is his passion, not a just a job to him. One night we got caught in a thunderstorm and he navigated and maneuvered the treacherous roads like a true professional! We felt safe with him the entire time! It was the trip of a lifetime thanks to the whole team at serengeti wakanda!

We saw the lion hunting! - The experience with Serengeti Wakanda has been wonderful through the 6 days. Irene is my contact at the first place and her response is super fast and professional, while meeting Edward as our guide has took it to the next level during the safari trip. He is patient while being knowledgeable about the animals, he showed us leopard, lions the big cats, also with the unexpected scenics such as crocodiles eating a dead zebra or lion hunting(haha that may not be what everybody want to see though) anyway, highly recommend Serengeti Wakanda if you are looking for a relaxing safari trip.

Awesome Safari experience - Wakanda, you outdid yourself. John, you should be guide of the year. The way you read the animals was astonishing and with your knowledge you placed us in the right spot everytime to take magnificent photos. Dickson, it remains a mystery how you make such incredible meals in the bush, each meal was a feast - thank you for the spoils with each meal! Thank you to the admin staff and transfer drivers who were friendly and on time. We look forward to our next Tanzania trip with Wakanda!

You read the animal behaviours so well and placed us just in the right spot for photos and moments we will always treasure. Serengeti Wakanda rides the Top! - Superb stay with Wakanda! Very good contact from start to finish with the office. Very nice safari, the guide spoke perfectly French and was very interesting, it did not count the hours or kilometers and so we could see the Big 5!!! As for the Chef, he regaled me during this stay, very good dishes and in very sufficient quantity. Memorable. I advise Wakanda without hesitation.

Best guide EVER - Ronald was our guide. So professional and knowledgeable of what he sees. He made the trip memorable and fun, I cannot recommend enough. He's a great safari guide, and an even better man.

Great organization, fantastic guide, phenomenal experience! - The Safari experience with Serengeti Wakanda surpassed our expectations since the moment our guide, Felix, meet us at Arusha airport and led us to the impressive, detailed, and comfortable Safari Jeep. It was equipped with 5 pairs of great quality binoculars, cold drinks, including water, juice, wine and beer plus comfortable pillows & Maasai blankets that were ours to keep & got a lot of use during the drives. Boxes of tissues, wet wipes, and other necessities were very helpful. Felix, our guide, responded to all our needs. He radiated knowledge, calm, understanding, good humour & we can’t give Felix enough credit. He knew where to find animals, kept to schedule, but at the same time tried to adjust times to the specific needs of our family. We traveled with our children ages 19, 22, 25. We started at Tarangiri, and 2 hours after we landed in Arusha we saw many elephants 🐘 giraffes 🦒, zebras 🦓 and more! The selection of lodges Wakanda made for us was very good, especially MOONBOW Lodge & Lake Lasek Tented Lodge which was jaw dropping!!! Thank to Felix we saw all BIG FIVE, including many lions, few leopards, 🐆 and a rhino! Organization, staff & service, as well as food were consistently good 👍 A few minor issues we had were addressed immediately to our satisfaction. There were many different Safari tours companies we met during our 6 days and I am confident we made the best choice with SERENGETI WAKANDA! Highly recommend!!!

Best experience! - I can’t say enough good about this experience! Beatrice was so helpful in planning our trip. She answered all of my questions and planned a wonderful experience. It was seamless. Felix was the best guide! He was so accommodating and knew the answers to all of my questions. He knows where to find the animals and we saw all of the Big 5. I couldn’t have asked for a better safari experience and the little details make this safari company the best one!

Great Safari Tour - We had a private tour with Serengeti Wakanda Tours covering waterfalls hiking, coffee plantatiom visit, Safari in Tarangiri, Serengeti and the Crater. The company was super responsive to all our needs and requests. The trip was very well planned, all the accomodations were great and our guide Andrew was super knowledgable and experienced. He was able to find us a lot of great animal sightings. His timing and planning was always great. And he was very friendly and kind. Overall I really recommend Serengeti Wakanda Tours to anyone that is willing to make a Safari Tour.

Well Organized Game Drives - Tons of Animal Sightings! - Norbelt, the trip organizer at SerengetiWakanda was helpful and responsive. He kept up on our details and did a nice job ensuring that we were set for a successful trip. Francis was our guide and did a great job ensuring that we saw the big 5! He stayed alert the entire drive each day keeping a listen to the radio for sightings and ensuring we got good views; he's a fantastic driver. He also ensured prompt departures and cleaned the vehicle of dust every night such that it was ready for the next day. John was an awesome chef, who is very friendly and conversational. Having everything setup each morning was convenient for us to enjoy the views and walk around the nature areas. The Serengeti has a ton of animals with crazy density. We saw animals the entire day, one after the other. Ngorogoro Crater was my favorite though since the landscape was so dramatically beautiful and teaming with life. The only 2 bits of feedback worth mentioning (hence the loss of 1 star) is that Francis was not interested in conversations despite us consistently trying to strike a conversation, if it was not related to the drive, the talk would fall flat. Also, Norbert told us, only at the very end of the tour, that $20 per day, per person was the suggested tip, which has two things wrong: 1) As tourists, we only carry a finite amount of cash that we prep PRIOR to the trip -- not at the end. 2) A $240 tip is excessive—well above the typical $5–$10 per day suggested online. If guides require that much, the base cost of the safari should reflect it. Quoting such a high amount makes it unclear whether it’s truly expected or just aimed at nicer guests who won’t push back.
