Mwanza - Serengeti
Serengeti National Park - After enjoying breakfast, the journey from Mwanza to Serengeti National Park will commence via Ndabaka Gate. Mwanza - Serengeti
Serengeti National Park - After enjoying breakfast, the journey from Mwanza to Serengeti National Park will commence via Ndabaka Gate. Arrival at Serengeti Park is expected in the late afternoon, providing a chance to observe animals resting under the shade of large trees, escaping the intense heat. Check-in at Pimbi Campsite will be followed by an evening drive lasting approximately three hours. Dinner will be served at the campsite between 7:00 and 8:30 pm.
Serengeti Full Day
Serengeti National Park - An early morning departure from the campsite is highly recommended to increase the likelihood of spotting lions, with a suggested departure time of 6:30 a.m. Return to the campsite is scheduled between 8:00 and 9:00 for breakfast, followed by a safari drive lasting nearly three hours. Afterward, lunch and a short rest at the campsite will precede an afternoon game drive of about three hours. As on the first night, dinner will be ready at the campsite between 7:00 and 8:30 p.m.
Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater
Ngorongoro Crater - After breakfast, the drive to Ngorongoro will begin around 7:30 am, with check-in at the Naabi entrance gate. Arrival at Ngorongoro is expected around 10:00 AM, followed by a ten to twenty-minute descent of nine hundred feet to partially explore the 18-kilometer crater. Five hours will be spent in the crater, including a picnic lunch, often enjoyed by the hippo pool. This time offers an excellent opportunity to observe active wildlife, with a high likelihood of seeing the Big 5 – Buffalo, Elephants, Rhino, Lion, and Leopard.
Departure from the crater is planned for around 2:30 PM, followed by a three-hour drive to Serengeti and check-in at Seronera Campsite.
Serengeti Game Drive - Mwanza City
Mwanza Region - The day will start with an early morning game drive, returning to the camp around 8:30 am for a hot breakfast. After breakfast, the drive to Mwanza will continue, incorporating a game drive via the Ndabaka exit Gate. Mwanza will be the final destination, marking the end of the safari.
