Lake Manyara National Park - After breakfast, travel to Lake Manyara with a packed lunch. Enjoy both morning and afternoon game drives in the park. The park’s diverse habitats attract a wide range of animals, including one of Africa’s largest populations of elephants, the unique tree-climbing lions of Lake Manyara, zebras, buffaloes, giraffes, baboons, warthogs, and large flocks of flamingos drawn by the lake’s algae. Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - Distance: 145km Non-game viewing time: 3 – 4 hrs After breakfast, set off for Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic highlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its vast plains stretching as far as the eye can see. Head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the park’s richest wildlife habitats, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a vital water source and attracts a wide variety of wildlife representative of most Serengeti species. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge. Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha – Airport

Ngorongoro - Distance: 210km Non-game viewing time: 3 – 4 hrs After an early breakfast, descend over 600 meters into the crater to observe wildlife. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area hosts a vast array of animals, including herds of wildebeest, zebras, buffaloes, elands, warthogs, hippos, and giant African elephants. Another major attraction of this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. Visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the crater’s main features. A large number of flamingos, hippos, and other water birds are often seen here. Late afternoon transfer to Arusha for dinner and overnight stay or airport drop-off.
