An enjoyable Travel Experience with Achraf - What a splendid experience we had with Achraf! His Tangier tour included driving through many distinct sections of the city and beyond. We then did a walking tour for an in depth exploration of several areas. His goal was to give a meaningful understanding of the history and culture of sights his travelers that we enjoyed. He was a great conversationalist. He responded to our interests and modified the tour to accommodate our needs. He provided practical information that we will apply as we continue our trip throughout Morocco. Our safety and satisfaction were definitely high priorities for him.

Best guide in Morocco! - Our tour guide was Achraf. He was the best guide that we have had in any city. Very easy to understand. Extremely knowledgeable. Flexible in itinerary. I loved that he continued to give us options and choices throughout the day. He can meet you anywhere in Morocco and provide single day or multiday tours. He was so prepared and a joy to be with. I hope to return and do a 10 day tour with him next time.

Entertaining and Personalized - Very willing to cater to what you want. You can see highlights quickly. There's a tad bit of 'selling' local goods, but I felt like it was appropriate and introduced local goods nicely. Ashref, our guide - amazing. He did a wonderful job asking what we wanted before and during and catered to our group. His knowledge of the local areas, history, customs, religions, markets, all were informative and not so complicated it was difficult. He has his places that he likes to take you for food and shopping, but again, our group all felt it was still authentic and local.

Tangier - Archraf is one of the most kindest, knowledgeable, and best tour guide I’ve done a tour with. He goes above and beyond. He makes sure you know all the history of Tangier and he makes your trip so easy and accessible for everything.

Great guide to the great city of Tangier and beyond. - Achraf was awesome!!! I can’t say enough. A kind articulate gentleman. He worked with us all the way. Our ferry from Tarifa got canceled due to weather and we had to change our plan - Achraf worked with us to help us reschedule with no additional fees. Achraf wasn’t available the day we arrived in Tangier, so he had a taxi driver he trusted pick us up and give us a city tour. He even paid for it out of his pocket. The next day he took us on an all day excursion through the Medina/Old town. It was amazing. Great guy and a great experience to visit the wonderful and diverse city of Tangier.

Best Tour Guide Ever!! - Our family had the absolute pleasure of taking a full day private tour of Tangier with Achraf. I had read all the positive reviews on Viator and decided to try his tour. From the initial contact after I booked where he reached out on WhatsApp – to helping with hotel and ferry suggestions – to finding out what we wanted to see on our tour with him so he could customize it to our wants – Achraf went over and above my expectations. Achraf picked us up at the ferry the day before our tour and took us to our hotel. He was super friendly and made suggestions for dinner and told us not to miss breakfast at our hotel. Our tour started with visiting the different sections of Tangier, learning about their backgrounds, and seeing the important sites in each section. Then we went to Perdicaris Park and walked and got to see the spectacular views from the park. From there we went to Cap Spartel which sits at the entrance of the Strait of Gibraltar where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean. We went to a café and enjoyed coffee, light snacks, and stunning views. The highlight of the tour came next with a camel ride on the beach by the Atlantic. This was a huge hit with our college age kids and us! After that Achraf took us to the medina where we saw rugs and other shops. He knew how to find everything in the maze of alleyways and was like the mayor knowing everyone! Throughout the day, Achraf was attentive and made sure we saw everything on our wishlist and more! At the end of our day, we enjoyed a delicious Moroccan meal that Achraf arranged for us. His passion for Tangier and its rich history was apparent in every story he told and every detail of our tour. He is a wonderful ambassador for Tangier. But what really stood out on our tour was Achraf himself. His warm and friendly demeanor made us feel like we were seeing the city with a close friend rather than a tour guide. His genuine enthusiasm and knowledge made for a wonderful experience. We are actually planning on coming back and having him plan a boat trip. I am so grateful to Achraf for making our day in Tangier extra special. If you are looking for a tour guide who will go the extra mile to ensure you have an amazing experience – look no further. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Truly the best guided tour. I feel like we came home having a new friend along with our wonderful memories.

Perfect introduction to Tanger - Guide Achraf and driver Noureddine did everything to make my day perfect, from picking me up at my riad in Chefchaouen to customising my visit to my interests. Even during the tour they were able to change certain things to make it even better. Achraf knows a lot of people and small businesses and introduced me to a lot of them.

Tour cancelled by vendor - This vendor cancelled my private tour with short notice because he wanted to add an additional couple of people. When I responded "no" to his inquiry (and he gave me the option of keeping it as a private tour), he then cancelled. Lousy, but no problem, I found another guide who was excellent.
