Absolutely wonderful - Mohammed was amazing! We had the best time and got to see some amazing local spots with his help and connections. He was very attentive and helpful, and many people we saw in the streets said the same!

Great Moroccan experience - This was a good tour and the guides did a good job. It was a little confusing because we had a tour booked for 11:00 but they picked us up from the ferry port and took us to our hotel to drop off luggage and said they would be back in about an hour and half which was 1:00. I was a little nervous they would not come back but they did and everything worked out fine. The only thing is we didn’t go to the synagogue or cave of Hercules'. A lot of time was spent driving around and sitting in the car and just pointing out things rather than going to a lot of places. The few stops we made had beautiful views and we did go to the cave but only went in one side not where we could see the water. Also, there are two people inside with a parrot and a monkey. Super cute and they immediately put them on you and ask if you want to take a picture. Of course we did! Then realized you had to pay 10 dirham or 1 Euro each. Not too expensive but I wasn’t aware ahead of time. Also because we were later in the day we did not get to go into the legislation museum. Obviously we did not get breakfast either. The mint tea was really good but it’s inside a store where the guy brings out a bunch of rugs to try and sell to you. The Medina was great to walk through but our guide kept taking us to places where they would do a “demonstration” (show you and talk to you about there products). The last place we went was what I was told was the spice market which actually turned out to be a pharmacy. We were told to barter at the Medina and when I tried the guy got very upset and told me you don’t barter in 2 places, pharmacy and restaurants, they have set prices. That makes since except I was not told this ahead of time and was told to barter so I wasn’t aware. The authentic Moroccan restauraunt we went to was delicious. It was a little more money than I was intending to spend but it was a lot of food and very good. The absolute best part was the camel ride which my 5 year old was really looking forward to. It was so much fun and we both loved it and will be talking about it for a long time. That alone was worth the money. All together it was a great tour and the highlight of our trip.

Not horrible, but not great either - It was raining at the beginning, so we didn't really get to see much of Cape Spartel (not the guide's fault, obviously!), but it had stopped raining by the time we reached Hercules Cave, and we didn't go see the actual cave with the view of the sea, only the market place. I was really looking forward to this, and I only realized we didn't go after the tour was over. We were also told several times that Fridays are sacred and people are usually preparing couscous with their family (and not working with tourists in the city). Seriously, next time, just don't take the booking.
