Perfect - The experience was exceptional with the driver Mounir who was quite warm , smiling , as well as it was punctual and they accompanied us throughout the trip , really it was beautiful

Fun Family Trip - We loved this tour! It was a fun way to see the sights with our own guide. Anass was polite and spoke English well. He told us about each area as we drove to each destination. We loved each place we visited and especially the camel ride! Highly recommend this tour and this company.

My ship delayed docking... - My ship delayed docking by an hour and Azz patiently waited for us. Luckily the 2 other people on the tour were also in the same ship. Each scenic spot was about 30 mins. The camel ride was chill yet interesting experience. Bring a sunhat. It's very sunny

Enjoyable Experience with Excellent Service - My cousin and I had the Princess treatment, and overall it was a really lovely experience. A staff member was sent to pick us up from our hotel, which was very convenient. The car was comfortable and clean, and the staff member spoke good English, making communication easy throughout the trip.
The only downside was that at each stop we were given just 20 minutes to explore. When you consider that you sometimes have to queue or pay for things, 20 minutes can feel a bit rushed.
That said, the staff member was very patient and understanding. Even when we slightly overstayed the time given, he waited calmly until we finished taking photos before heading back.
Overall, it was a nice experience and definitely worth trying. I enjoyed everything we did and would recommend it.

Tour to Hercoules caves and ride a camel - I highly recommend this tour. One day before I receive a confirmation of the tour with all information needed, contact and cell phone number. The tour guide arrived on time. It was a nice experience even though it was foggy in the morning.

Buyer beware!!! - The day before our tour the tour operator reached out and said they did not have enough people to do the tour but could offer us a private tour for an extra 5 euros a person in cash. They told us it would be a minivan or 4X4. We said yes!!! We were supposed to have terminal pickup, this agent did not have clearances to come pick us up where 99% of the tour operators picked up and we had a 14 min walk to meet our driver. The vehicle was a car, again not what was promised.
This was not a tour but basically a driver who took us to our 3 stops. The driver was friendly and car was clean.
The driver let the tour operator know this was not what I expected and all the tour operators picked said was ask everyone else what they paid. “They paid more than you.” To us, it wasn’t about the cost, it was being promised one thing and another happened. We are fortunate we are able to make the walk without issues.
