• Spanish Mosque - After a delightful Chaouni lunch, the tour guide will lead guests to the Spanish Mosque, also known as Bouzafaar Mosque, to enjoy the stunning view over Chefchaouen from an outdoor terrace. Located 650 meters from Ras El-Ma, the Spanish Mosque sits atop a hill, offering a fantastic vantage point to admire the surroundings. Built in the 1920s by the Spanish, it was never used as a mosque and fell into disrepair before being restored. As a non-functioning mosque, all visitors are welcome to look inside. It is also called Boujaafar Mosque, named after the Spanish official with a notably large mustache who oversaw its construction.
