The wait was too long. We had a noon appointment and did not get to jump until 2:30pm

I enjoyed the whole experience! But was unaware of the ear pressure that would cause as much pain as it did. If there was a way to avoid that I would’ve definitely like to have known. That is the only reason I didn’t give a five star satisfaction rating. The instructors were cool!
