Your deposit is non-refundable. For any additional payments, you must cancel with at least 72 hours notice to receive any refunds. If you do not contact us before this window your payments are no longer refundable. 24 hour prior notice is required to reschedule your jump for up to 1 year from the current date. If you do not contact us before this window or do not show up for your reservation, you must pay a $50/person rescheduling fee.
