Cancellation policy
Your deposit is non-refundable, within 48 hours of the reservation. You must contact us more than 24 hours prior to appointment to reschedule your jump for up to 1 year from the current date. If you do not contact us before this window or do not show up for your reservation, the card on file will be charged the full price per jumper. If you wish to complete your skydive after this, you must pay a $50/person rescheduling fee.
